Samp with peanuts and chicken

Ingredients

Full chicken

2 chicken cubes

1teaspoon of paprika

1 teaspoon of tumeric

1medium onion

Method

In an open pot put in your chicken and close the lid and allow it to cook on low heat until it release its own juicePut in all your spices and onion and cook on medium heat until cooked… If your chicken didn’t release enough juice you can pour in water please make sure not to pour tomuch.

Today i decided to try out oxtail without using tomato paste and sauces and it turned out the way I wanted.

Ingredients

Oxtail cubes

Black pepper

Onion

Flour

Bay leaf

Method

Pat dry oxtails with paper towels. Sprinkle oxtails all over with flour and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil on medium to medium high heat and brown each side for 2minutes or until golden brownRemove your oxtail from the pot, in the same pot, saute your onions unril soft and after put in your cubes, pepper, bay leafand Add back your oxtail to the pot and pour enough water and allow it to cook on medium heat until well cooked.

Creamy cheese and garlic samp steamed brocolli Lamb bones

Ingredients

2cups of IWISA No1

3tablespoon spoon of butter

1tablespoon of parsley

1tablespoon+1teaspoon of Knorrox spice(more if needed 1 sachet of Royco

Creamy cheese and garlic pasta sauce( check pack for instructions)

Method

Soak your samp overnight, and after cook it on medium heat until almost ready.Put in your butter, sauce, parsley, spice and mix the ingredients until combinedAll the samp cook on medium heat until ready and has thicken upTip:serve while stil warm.

Lamb stew

Ingredients

Lamb stew

Onion

BBQ Knorrox spice

GarlicMixed herbs

Paprika

Cayenne pepper (optional)

Method

In a big bowl put In your lamb and after season it with all your spicesIn a large open pot..pour in your cooking oil and after brown your meat each side until golden brown,Remove the meat from the pot and keep aside… In the same pot put in your onions and saute until softAfter put in your garlic along with your tomato paste and allow it to cook for a minuteput back your browned meat in the pot and allow it to cook for 5-10 minutes stirring it every now and thenPour in water and allow it to cook until ready and the soup has thicken up and walla.

Prego chicken breast kebabs and Buttered Vegetables

Ingredients

3 large chicken breast (cubed)

2teaspoon of paprika

1tablespoon of #Knorrox chicken spice

1 tsp Ground cumin

1tablespoon of honey

Black pepper

150ml of prego sauce

1tablespoon spoon of cooking oil

Method

Mix the marinate ingredients together well in a large bowl.Add the chicken breast and marinade for at least 30 minutes. Thread onto skewers and grill for about 20~30 minutes until golden on the outside and cooked through please make sure not to over cook your chicken breast Brush your chicken kebabs with prego sauce every after 5minutes

Chicken curry stew for dinner, I served this with rice

Ingredients

10 drumstick1 chicken cube1tablespoon of of tasty chicken soup 1tablespoon of chicken spice #knorrox1teaspoon of paprika1 teaspoon of dried parsley 1tablespoon of @rajahsouthafrica3 medium carrotsHalf Red pepper dicedHalf green pepper dicedI medium red onion1tablespoon of cooking oil

In your pot pour in your cooking oil and after put in your peppers and onions and saute until softAfter put in your chicken and cook for 2minutes each side before putting in your spicesPut in your all spices and herbs and mix.. Cook for another 5 minutes stirring every now and thenPour in your water and close the lid allow your chicken to cook for 10 minutes on medium heat and after put in your carrots and cook for another 5 minutesMix in your chicken soup until it form a paste and after put in your stew and stir until well combined… Cook on low heat until the soup has thicken up

Method
Fry onions and peppers, ginger and garlic put in mixed herbs, paprika, zeal and curry powder let it cook then put in ur potatoes reduce heat put in steak and chops let it cook then add carrots do not over stir otherwise you will have mashed curry then add ur soup serve

Method
Cook ur rice with rice spice and when it is cooked put aside, then in a separate pan put in rama original with crushed garlic, cabbage and peppers fry for 5 minutes and mix with rice.

OX LIVER WITH MUSHROOMS AND CREAM SERVED WITH ROASTED VEGETABLES AND COUS COUS

Ingredients 
Ox liver 
Fresh cream
Mushrooms 
1 Onion
Cooking oil
Salt and pepper

Roasted veges 
Robot peppers 
Baby marrows 
Potatoes 
Carrots
S&P
Paprika 
Your own spices

Cous cous 
Feta cheese 
S&P

Method 
Fry onion in oil until softened and add mushrooms. Set aside and in the same pan fry your liver and ensure it’s still pink inside add salt and pepper and your own spices. Add the fried onions and mushrooms into the liver. Cook for a few minutes until your liver is well cooked but still juicy. Add 1/4 of water with a spoon of brown onion soup and fresh cream. Roast your veges in the oven at 180°C until cooked but still crunchy. Pour a cup of cous cous in a bowl and add a cup of boiling water. Close your bowl and leave for few minutes. Use a fork to separate it and add feta cheese and salt and pepper. Serve with a nice drink of your choice. Enjoy
