Dombolo/jeqe recipe
Clean hands
10 cups flour ( you can divide by two if nibancane)
2 packets of dry yeast(reduce if its too much for u)
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 cups carrots
2 green peppers chopped or grated
Gorimas dried parsley (has NYC aroma)
Salt
Sugar(according to ur taste)
120ml oil
Warm water(kala ngamehlo)

Method
Mix all the dry ingredients together, then take ur Cheddar cheese, carrots and parsley put them in your flour, mix well using ur clean hands then add water shove ur dough until it is pliable (ingasaleli esandleni) rlthen add oil mix it well make sure it goes in to ur dough leave it to rise in a warm place then shove it back repeat that step when u see that it is right make small ballsput then in ur prepare stew and reduce heat to avoid burning make sure that u have sufficient gravy so that your dumplings cannot burn.
