Meatballs recipe

1kg Ground beef mix
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup parmasen cheese
1 egg
2 tspn soy sauce
Half onion finely chopped
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp olive oil

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl until well combined (except olive oil)

Shape into balls and place onto large baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes or until browned and cooked through

For Sauce
1/2 cup fresh cream
2 tblspn tomato sauce
Parsley
1/2 tspn chilli flakes
1/4 tspn salt
1 tspn sugar

Heat a saucepan, whisk all the sauce ingredients together, cook until sauce thickens…
Pour over meatballs
