Add all ingredients to a blender & process until well pureed ….

Hot Milk Cake Ingredients

1 cup milk
10 tablespoon butter
4 Eggs
1 1/2 -2 cups sugar
21/4 cups flour
2 1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method

  1. Boil milk & butter together until butter is melted.
  2. Whisk eggs in a bowl until fluffy for 5 mins, add sugar and whisk until pale yellow and thickened.
  3. Sieve flour and baking powder, add to egg mixture and roughly mix. Add vanilla essence. Mix with hand blender.
  4. Add boiled milk, mix well with a spatula. Grease a baking tin and pour batter. Tap and release any air bubbles.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven @180 degrees for 30 minutes until golden brown

Chicken gizzards curry

Ingredients

Chicken gizzards(cleaned)
Onions
Baby carrots
Green pepper
Supreme curry powder(amapelepele)
Paprika (amapelepele)
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
Garlic herbs
Cinnamon sticks
Chicken stock
Pepperdews
Bay leaves
Peri peri sauce(nandos)
Oil

Method

Wash and clean your gizzards and boil them with cinnamon sticks, bay leaves and salt and pepper for 1 and half hours

Then put oil in ur pan and fry onions and green pepper, garlic powder then add curry powder, paprika and salt and pepper. Add water (250ml) and peri peri sauce then add gizzards reduce heat let it cook on low heat then add garlic herbs and chicken stock powder then add pepperdews and baby carrots

malvapudding

1 1/2 Cup Cake flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
Pinch of salt
1 tsp Vinegar
2 Eggs
125ml Milk
3 tblspn butter
1 tblsp Apricot jam
1 cup castor sugar

Sauce
250ml cream
125ml butter
65ml orange juice
125ml castor sugar

  1. Cream butter and castor sugar together, beat in the egg until light and fluffy……beat in the apricot jam
    Sift dry Ingredients into a seperate bowl (flour, bicarbonate of soda, salt)
    Melt butter in a saucepan…add vinegar and milk
    Add eggs, butter and castor sugar, jam mixture and stir continuously.
    Pour into your pan and bake for 40min at 180°C

Sauce

Bring the butter, castor sugar, orange juice, to the boil and simmer then add cream and stir
Pour over the hot baked pudding

Open Omelette

Fry peppers
and ur mushrooms with butter
season with salt and freshly
ground pepper set aside
beat eggs and add into nonstick
pan while ur eggs are still half cooked
add ur mushrooms mixture grated cheddar
and serve.

INGREDIENTSFOR PASTRY

340 g plain flourpinch of salt150g margarine3 – 4 tablespoons cold water
Sift the flour and salt into a bowl. Cut the margarine into small pieces and rub into the flour untilthe mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Add enough water to mix to a soft dough
FOR THE FILLING

1 onion, chopped1 clove garlic, minced/crushed1 green pepper chopped2 green chillies chopped1 tablespoon oil1/4kg mince meat1 tsp Worcestershire sauce2 tbsp tomato ketchup/tomato paste150 ml beef stock (improvise with water)
2 tsp plain flour1 – 2 tbsp water (the paste works as a thickening agent)
salt and pepper to taste
beaten egg to glaze
METHOD

Fry the vegetables in the oil until soft. Add the minced beef and cook gently for 5 minutes. Stir in the chili, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and stock, and simmer gently for 15 minutes.
Mix the flour with a little cold water to form a smooth paste, add to the pan and simmer for a further 5 minutes. Season and leave to cool.
Roll out dough thinly on a lightly floured work surface into circles
Spoon the mince mixture in each at the center.
Dampen the edges of the pastry with a little water and bring one half on top to cover. Seal the edges with a fork GENTLY.
Brush with beaten egg and bake in a moderately hot oven 180dc till golden brown

Ingredients
500g Spaghetti Asian Noodles
500g Chuck Steak cut into strips
1 Large Onion
2 Medium
1 Large Red+
1 Large Red Pepper
1 x2 50g Button Mushrooms sliced
4 Garlic cloves crushed
2 Tbs Ketchup Manis
2 Tbs Soya Sauce
2 Tablespoons Sweet Chilli Sauce
A sprinkle of cayenne pepper
2 Chicken Or Beef Stock cubes
Salt & Pepper

Method

  1. Chop all the veggies into thin strips and keep aside.
  2. Cook the spaghetti or noodles and keep aside drained of all the water.
  3. Warm a wok or large pan fry the meat for 10 minutes remove from pan and pit aside covered.
  4. In the same pan add more oil when hot add all the veggies, cook on higb heat tossing about 10 minutes.
  5. After 10 minutes add the rest of the ingredients and cook for another 5 minutes and serve.

RED VELVET CHEESECAKE

Red velvet sponge recipe
125ml margarine
1 and half cups of sugar
2 eggs
1TBS Coacoa
2TBS viniger
1 and 1/2 tsp baicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup buttermilk
2 and half cups flour
4tsp red food coloring
Vanilla essence

Method
Cream butter and sugar until they are pale, add 1 egg at a time beat well add vanilla essence, then make a paste of cocoa, food coloring and viniger and add it to the margarine batter and then add flour, bicab, and baking powder and alternatively add buttermilk then lastly bake at 180 degrees for 35minutes and let it cool

Method cheese cake
1 cream cheese tub
1 tin condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1tsp vanilla essence

Method
Beat cream cheese until it is smooth, then add condensed milk and lemon juice and vanilla essence mix it well until it become a biy thick then cut ur red velvet sponge in ur desirable size and grease ur dish or the pan u will be using and pour ur cheese mixture and the n grate ur cake and put on top of ur cheesecake refrigirate for 6hours.

Fried Rice
Ingredients
2 Cups Rice
2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Tumeric
1 Large Onion Finely
4 Garlic Cloves crushed
2 Chillies
2 Medium Carrots finely
1/2 Cup Frozen Peas
1/2 Cup Frozen Corn
3 Tbs Soya Sauce
2Tsp Oyster Sauce
3 Tbs Chicken Stock Powder
1 Tsp Salt
Black Pepper

Method

  1. Cook the rice with salt and tumeric, drain & set aside covered.
  2. In a large pan melt 2 tbs butter & 2 tbs oil.
  3. While oil is getting warm finely chop onion, carrots and chillis & fry in oil for 5minutes then, peas and corn. Fry for 8 minutes.
  4. Season by adding stock powder, 1 tsp salt, soya & oyster sauce. Keep stirring for 2 minutes and serve with stick chicken.
