Fried Rice
Ingredients
2 Cups Rice
2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Tumeric
1 Large Onion Finely
4 Garlic Cloves crushed
2 Chillies
2 Medium Carrots finely
1/2 Cup Frozen Peas
1/2 Cup Frozen Corn
3 Tbs Soya Sauce
2Tsp Oyster Sauce
3 Tbs Chicken Stock Powder
1 Tsp Salt
Black Pepper

Method

  1. Cook the rice with salt and tumeric, drain & set aside covered.
  2. In a large pan melt 2 tbs butter & 2 tbs oil.
  3. While oil is getting warm finely chop onion, carrots and chillis & fry in oil for 5minutes then, peas and corn. Fry for 8 minutes.
  4. Season by adding stock powder, 1 tsp salt, soya & oyster sauce. Keep stirring for 2 minutes and serve with stick chicken.
