4cups self raising flour
250g butter
1/2cup sugar
2eggs beaten
1/4tsp salt
1cup milk
Rub butter into flour
Add the rest of dry ingredients
Mix the eggs with milk and mix into the flour mixture
Do not over work the flour
Pat out on a floured surface cut
Bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes
Serve with cream or jam .
