I FINALLY TRIED THE 6 MINUTES MICROWAVE DUMPLING / LEDOMPOLO

3 cups of flour
4 teaspoons of yeast
1/2 teaspoon of salt 
3 tablespoons of Suger 
1 cup of grated carrot
2 and 1/2 cups of lukewarm water. 

Mix all dry ingredients followed by water then the grated carrot.

Leave bowl of flour for about 30 min so flour can rise .Then pour in a 2 liter ice cream container (close it tight) place it for 6 minutes in micro wave.

Then voola you are done!
