Rice Beef liver & Salad

In a pot of hot water with oil and some salt,pour the washed rice,add some turmeric and paprika,let the rice cook on low heat,when it’s almost done added my vegetables and covered..Boil the liver until tender,fry it a bit,add grated tomatoes and chopped onions,a bit of bbq spice,then add bisto,serve with a salad.

Curried Rice+ Hungarian sausage+Stir fried mixed vegetables

Wash your rice and water is clear,then fry the rice,adding bourie compound and onions,add a bit of water,cover and cook on low heat,fry the sausage,remove from the pan,add tomatoes and onions with some bbq,let it cook,

then add bisto put back the sausage and add a bit of mixed herbs,wash and cut the vegetables,stir fry on low heat add salt and black pepper.

Fries Chicken nuggets & Onion rings

Wash and cut your potatoes,sprinkle some salt and fry..Cut onions in big rings,mix flour,black pepper,chillies,a bit of salt and milk,in two seperate bowls,whisk egg and breadcrumbs,dip the onion in flour then eggs lastly breadcrumbs and fry on low heat,cut ur chicken breast in cubes,add,salt,flour,egg,black pepper,garlic,lemon juice and deep fry.

Fish chips and some coselow salads.

Cleaned my fish then marinated with garlic and lemon then dip fried. Peeled my potatoes then dip fried the chips. For the salads I cut my cabbage carrots green pepper and onion mixed together with mayonnaise . for garnishing I used cucumber tomatoes green pepper and carrots.Enjoy

best fish ever

Ingredients
Fish spice
Aromat
Flour
Bread crumbs
Lecol(lemon juice)
Eggs
Oil
Parsley
Milk

Method
Season your fish with fish spice and sprinkle with lecol juice then put aside, then mix bread crumbs, parsley and flour and pour bit of aromat for taste, then set aside
In a seperate bowl beat eggs adding milk mix well then deep your fish in the egg batter and put them in your flour mixture then fry in your hot oil for plus minus 10 minutes.

Boil water with aromat, rama and cream of chichen soup when it is boiling put in maize meal in a clean dish pour some water and do as if u will be cooking soft porridge then put in ur pot the stir avoiding lumps reduce heat and stir on intervals

Method
Heat oil in a pan then fry onion( rings preferably) then add ginger and garlic let it cook then add powders, paprika, zeal and spice reduce heat, then add green beans let it cook for 5 minutes then add carrots, and add peppers and knorox cubes, let it cook for 5 minutes and lastly add ur baked beans let it simmer for 3 minutes and then serve

Ingredients:

125g stork to bake
2 eggs
1tsp lemon essence
3 tsp baking powder
180ml milk
2 and 1/2 cups four
1 cup castor sugar
Pinch if salt

Method
Cream sugar and margarine until it is cream then add one egg at a time mix well then sift flour and baking powder together with salt mix well then alternatively add milk and bake for 25 minutes or until they are golden brown.

Home made rotis and chicken curry

Roti recipe
3 cups flour
3TBS oil
1tsp salt
250 gram butter( for rolling over your dough)
Warm water (enough to make a pliable dough)

Method
Mix salt, flour and oil until it resembles bread crumbs, then add water mix ur dough well until your hands get clean then leave it covered with a clean kitchen towel for 30minutes, then make small balls, on a clean surface spread ur butter and using a rolling pin make rotis size of ur round dinner plate then using a non stick pan put in a drop of oil then toss your rotis for hardly two minutes

Method
Wash your chicken using the marinades above (nami vengingakwenzi ngezwa Ku fb) then let it rest for 1 hour then chop onions and green pepper put in oil then pour onions bay leaves and green pepper, let then fry for 3minutes before putting in garlic, then add garlic and curry powder, then add paprika, then let it cook for 5minutes then add your chicken reduce heat, add steak and chops spice then stir close your pot let it cook stir using a wooden spoon then lastly add brown onions.

6 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar 
2 1/4 Tbs dry yeast
60g margarine
1tsp salt
2eggs
2cups warm milk
2TBs melted butter

Method 
Mix warm milk sugar and yeast let it foam for 5minutes then add margarine, beaten eggs and salt then add it to flour then knead ur dough until soft and pliable the grease your bowl with oil let it prove for 1hour then shove it back again let it rise aggain then seperate into small balls let them prove again then eggwash them bake for 15 minutes then use the melted butter to brush ur scones when they are baked.
