2 cups cake flour(measuring cup) 
2 teaspoon instant yeast
Pinch of salt
3 tablespoon powder milk
2 tablespoon margarine melted 
2 tablespoon sugar
2 eggs
50 ml warm milk 

Oil to fry

Mix your dry ingredients set aside. Mix margarine, eggs and milk, pour into flour mixture use a fork to mix the dough must not be runny. Put it in warm area for about an hour or until doubled. Put oil in a pot for dip frying, the stove must be on medium heat. Dust ur hands with flour deep a tablespoon in oil so that the dough won’t stick on the spoon. Using the spoon take the dough shape it with ur hands to make a ball, put the ball straight in the hot oil, because the dough is not too hard it will loose the sharp if u put it somewhere then put later in the pot. Dip fry until golden brown

2 cups icing sugar
1 cup corn flour
1 tsp lemon essence
500g butter
3 tsp baking powder

Method
Cream butter and icing sugar
Add the eggs and essence and mix well
Then add all your dry ingredients
I used a piping bag for the shapes.

Ingredients
1. 16 cups flour
2. 16 teaspoons baking powder
3. 2 cups sugar
4. 1 kg Rama Original
5. 8 eggs
6. 2 cans condensed milk (385g)
7. 5ml vanilla
8. 2 cups ellis brown creamer

Method 
* preheat your oven at 180 degress 

1. Put all dry Ingredients together( flour, baking powder, powdered milk).
2. In a seperate bowl mix rama and sugar.
3. Seperate bowl, Mix eggs, vanilla and condensed milk.
4. Lastly combine the 2 mixtures( egg mixture and rama mixture) and add to the flour.

* Bake at 190 degress until golden brown.

The Best Donuts Ever

2 cups flour
3/4 cups warm milk
3 eggs
1 tbl spn dry yeast
6 tbl spn powdered sugar
1 tbl spn butter
1/2 tea spoon vanilla essence
Pinch of salt
Method
Beat eggs in a bowl add milk& butter mix.
Add sugar,yeast,salt,vanilla mix.add flour gradually in to the mixture and make dough cover and leave for 15 mins.knead for 5 mins and roll out dough to 1 cm thick slab cut out using any round objects deep fry and use chocolate or whipped topping enjoy!!.
*I used a cup and a bottle lid for cutting.

I AM A LOVER OF CHICKEN WINGS

I just added a little bit is salt and six gun on my chicken wings and put it aside for 10 to 15 minutes. 
On bowl I poured 1/2 cup BBQ,1/2tomato sauce, 1tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and 3 to 4tables of brown sugar
Marinate for 2 hours

BUTTERMILK SCONES

250 butter mixing with 
2 cups of self raising flour 
8 tablespoon of sugar 
pinch of salt and 
1 cup of butter milk

mix everything together roll and cut brush the top of scones will warm milk and bake until golden brown.

RICE AND CHICKEN STRIPS

Chicken strips:
Cut you chicken breast into strips. Mix with your favourite spices ( I used mixed spice and black pepper). Pour in heated little oil. Fry for few minutes.

Rice:
Cook your rice and add spice for rice. Add your robot peppers when the rice is almost done (for your pappers to just steam and to remain crispy). Add your margarine or cooking oil.

Then add your chicken strips to your cooked rice. You can have them with your favourite sauce. (I prefer the “vere peri” hot or mild sauce)

Ingredients 
2 cups flour
125g butter
2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup sugar 
1 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp lemon rind

Method:
1. Beat butter and sugar until pale
2. Add eggs;vanilla essence and lemon rind
3. Soft flour and baking powder
4. Once we’ll combined add milk and gently stir
5. Pour into a greased pan and bake for 1 hour on 170 degrees.

Jam tarts made in muffin pan
125g butter
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
Pinch of salt 
1 egg 
Strawberry/Apricot jam

Method:
1. Combine butter and sugar until well combined
2. Add eggs and vanilla essence 
3. Sift flour and baking powder and salt
4. Mix until a dough forms and cling and allow to rest for 1 hr in fridge 
5. After and hour divide dough in 2 equal portions
6. Roll out 6 large ball or 12 small one depending on size of muffin pan
7. Grease a muffin pan and place a ball per cup using your finger to pat down like sort of a cup shape of pan
8. Add about a tsp of jam for a small muffin pan or a tbspn of jam for a large muffin pan 
9. Use second half of dough and grate a tipping to cover the cup to close of and bake at 180 degrees for 30 mins
10. Allow to cook and add 100s and 1000s and top with strawberries

Trifle recipe
1 pack jelly mixed with 225 ml hot water and 225 ml cold water 
1 box ultramel
1 can slices peaches
4 crushed tennis biscuits
100 ml whipped cream 
Strawberries to garnish
Choc chips and almonds to garnish

Method:
1. Set you Jelly in a glass about 1/4 and slant in a muffin pan and refrigerate until set 
2. Add ultramel in your glass of jelly until the sort of even and level
3. Slice 4 thick pieces of Madeira cake and use an empty glass same size as using for you trifle and cut a circular cake
4. Lay cake in glass on top of custard and jelly,then add 1 tbspn of liquid from canned peaches
5. Add 2 sliced peached on top if cake forming a circle
6. Add 1 tspn of crushed biscuit and add 1 tsp of liquid from canned peaches
7. Top off with 1 full tsp on whipped cream and level it out
8. Add strawberries,choc chips,almonds and mint leaves to garnish allow to set and soak for about an 1hr in the fridge.

Mix robots with boiled Mac ….add onion…..n salad dressing with fish spoce

Boil potatoes mash them add milk butter n salt

Mix cucumber with lettuce tomatoes cheese n avo
*spinach
Fry spinach n add it in a pot of white sauce n simmer
*fish
Clean it coat with spices flour n eggs then fry
*onion rings
Cut Onion to separated rings keep them in cold water then coat with flour then fry
