2 cups flour
Pinch salt
1 TBS baking soda
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp caramel essence
2 TBS apricot 2 tbs butter
Mix all the wet ingredients add the dry ingredients and pour in a baking tin bake for 30 min at 180
Sauce
1tsp caramel essence
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
Warm everything and pour over the pudding
