2 cups flour
2 TBS lemon rinds(amakhasi alamula)
125g stork to bake margarine
1 cup castor sugar
2eggs
1tsp vanilla essence
2tsp baking powder
250 ml milk
1tsp vanilla essence

Method 
-Cream sugar and margarine until creamy 
-Add one egg at a time and mix well then add vanilla and lemon rinds 
-Sift all your dry ingredients and add them to ur margarine batter and mix well
-Alternately add milk 
-Pour your dough into ur prepared loaf pans and bake for +- 1hour 180degrees.
