Lemon scones

500ml flour
85 ml butter
1 ml salt 
15 ml baking powder
150 milk 
1 ml vanilla essence
1 egg
1 egg and water for egg wash
80 ml sugar 
10 ml grated lemon rind
5 ml lemon juice

Mix all the dry ingredients together 
Rub in butter till the mixture is crumbly
Add the wet ingredients and mix to form a dough cut and egg wash and bake at 190 till gold.
