Boiled beetroot fr +- 15 min 
(I dnt like juicy beetroot they spoil the whole plate) 
Cubed it
Cubed one green apple
Dressed with chutney n a Lil bit of vinegar fr dat sourness

Vegetable atchaar
One cucumber, diced
Robot peppers, diced
One bottle of vegetable atchaar
Mix all together n dress with tomato sauce, 
Sweet chilli sauce n chutney

Easy like that.
