SPINACH, CHICKEN,BAKED BEANS SALAD

Spinach rice
Spinach
Red pepper
Mixed herbs 
Crushed garlic

Method
Cook your rice thee nomarl way and than in a srpetate pan, put in rama original, garlic and mixed herbs and add spinach cook for 5minutes then mix with ur prepared rice

Method 
Cook ur rice the normal way with your rice spice when it is cooked put aside then in a separate pan put in rama original and crushed garlic, peppers and carrots fry for 5minutes and mix with rice

Method 
Cook your potatoes, whilst esabila put in ur eggs then when they are done let them cool and the dice ur peppers, when potatoes are cool dice them with ur eggs and put aromat and mix with ur peppers faka I mayonnaise and sprinkle with parsley.

MCDONALDS FOR WHAT FOR WHO HHOMEMADE MCFLURY

Ice cream recipe
500ml double thick cream(woolworths)
500ml fresh cream
1 tin condensed milk
2 packets oreo buscuits
Vanilla essence

Method
Chill your fresh cream for about 30minutes then take it out and whisk it until it is firm, then add condensed milk and vanilla essence, add ur crushed oreos and save a few to put them on top of ur ice cream then put in ur frezeer for 6 hours.

MELTING MOMENTS RECIPE

250 g stork to bake margarine
125 ml icing sugar
125ml corn flour
Tsp essence of your choice
2cups of flour 

Method
Beat your margarine until it is pale white, add essence and mix then add ur icing sugar and mix well then lastly add corn flour and flour, mix well then put in ur piping bag and bake fo 15 minutes or until golden brown

Butter cream filling recipe

3cups icing sugar
2tsp essence
60ml milk

Beat margarine until it is pale white , add essence than add icing sugar beat until it is creamy then add milk and mix well than sandwich your buscuits.

SIMPLE AND QUICK BISCUITS RECIPE

8cups of flour
8eggs
500g Rama
1 full cup of sugar
Vanilla essence
Baking powder or bicarbonate of soda
Pinch of salt
Prep…
Beat 500g of rama,add 8eggs,1 cup of sugar and add vanilla essence beat till buttered
On the side mix 8cups of flour with 8 teaspoon of baking powder or 2 full teaspoon of bicarbonate, surf then mix with the buttered mixture
Mix till stiff 
No water No milk akere enjoy loveys.

VEGETABLE RICE

INGREDIENTS 
2 tbsp butter 
1 tbsp oil 
1 onion chopped 
3 carrots peeled and chopped 
2 cloves garlic crushed 
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley 
1 tsp turmeric 
2 cups rice 
3 cups chicken stock 
1 cup frozen peas 
1/2 cup baby tomatoes halved 
2 spring onions sliced (optional)

METHOD 
Heat butter and oil in a heavy based pot 
Add onion and sauté until soft 
Add carrots, cook stirring for 3 minutes 
Add garlic, parsley and rice,turmeric cook stirring for 2 minutes, pour in stock,stir to combine and cover the pot with a lid
Cook the rice for 10 minutes 
Add in peas and cook for 5 minutes 
Once rice is cooked stir in tomatoes and spring onion 
Check for seasoning if needed and add 
Serve with stew or any roast meat and gravy

I DID IT GALS. STEAMED BREAD IN MUGS.

6 c flour
1 tablespoon butter
1 pkt yeast
3 tablespoon sugar
half teaspoon salt
half cup grated carrots
chopped fresh Parsely
1 egg

Mix dry ingredients then butter and egg lastly warm water to make a soft dough.Let it rise and put almost half in each greased mug.Put in dip pot with boiling water and cook/ steam for 30 mins .
