CREMORA TART

Ingredients:
500 g Cremora
250 ml boiling water
2 tins Condensed Milk
250 ml lemon juice (I always add more, about an extra 125 ml’s)
1 pack Tennis biscuits
1 or 2 Flakes, optional

Method:
In a large bowl, mix the Cremora with the boiling water and mix until there is no lumps. The mixture will be a pale yellow colour at this stage.

Put in the refrigerator until cold.
With an electric hand mixer, whip the Cremora mixture until light, thick and fluffy.

Add the Condensed Milk and whip a little longer.
Now add the lemon juice and whip until well incorporated. The mixture will be very thick, glossy and white.
Use a large tart dish (I use the same dish to make my lasagne in) and pack the Tennis biscuits on the base.
There is no need to break and mix it with butter, you use the biscuits as is. If there are spaces on the ends of the dish without biscuits, just break some more biscuits to cover the entire base of the dish.
Spoon the entire mixture onto the biscuit base.
Smooth out.
Break the Flake and scatter as much of it as you like.
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, then serve.
Keep refrigerated.

AROMATIC POTATOES

INGREDIENTS
Aromatic spice(u can use your favorite spices) 
Paprika
Olive oil
3potatoes

Boil your potatoes for 4 minutes not more than that, drain the water and put them in cold water to cool up and make thick slices of them. You can peel off the skin if u want 

Mix ur spices with oil in a bowl and deep in your thick sliced potatoes, and bake at 200°C for 8 minutes. #

DELICIOUS BISCUITS

What you need:
2 spoon of vanilla essence 
2 x 500g of margarine 
2 cups of sugar
8 eggs
2 cups of ellisbrown 
16 cups of flour
16 teaspoon of baking powder
2 cans of condensed milk

Mixture:
Mix rama plus sugar until smooth. Mix eggs plus vanilla plus condensed. Mix flour plus baking powder plus ellisbrown. Pour waterd mixture into rama and sugar. Take that mixture pour into the mixture of flour then bake.

Chicken breyani recipe
Rice spice
Lentils
Drummetes
Lemon and herb marinade
All purpose curry paste(Amina)
Breyani masala paste(Amina)
Onions
Green pepper
Ginger and garlic
Breyani mix
Steak and chops spice
Aromat
Paprika
Supreme curry powder
Oil
Breyani powder
Garum powder

Method
Marinade ur drummers with Lemon and herb marinade,All purpose curry paste(Amina),Breyani masala and let it rest for an hour or two or better yet overnight,

Cook your rice with lentils put in rice spice when it is cooked put it aside then cook ur curry

Put oil in a saucepan then add onions and green pepper and ginger and garlic reduce heat then add supreme curry powder, garum, breyani powder and mix masala powder let it cook then add meat and close ur pot stir add steak and chops, aromat then let it cook for 15minutes then add breyani mix if u dont want them as they are u can use a clean cloth put it in ur curry let it cook when it is done mix with ur rice voila enjoy

Carrot salad
Grate carrot and put cucumbers and a bit of viniger then serve.

BUTTERNUT, MASHED POTATOES, CABBAGE AND LEG QUARTER

Butternut recipe 
Boil ur butternut with just little bit of water when it is soft then mash it and add bit of rama original leave in the stove for two minutes 

Mashed potatoes
Potatoes
Three cheese sauce
Aromat
Mushroom sauce
Fresh cream
Rama original

Method 
Boil potatoes with Aromat until they are soft then mash them whilst mashing add, rama, three cheese sauce and mushroom sauce mix it very well then lastly add fresh cream then use a nozzle and popping bang to get this shape 

Cabbage
Steam or boil your cabbage with carrots for 4minutes then then drain it and set aside then In a separate pan use butter to fry your peppers adding garlic flakes and salt and pepper for taste fry for 3minutes then mix with cabbage

Chicken 
Paprika
Lemon and herb nandos sauce
Salt and pepper
Oregano

Method 
Wash and marinade ur meat with all these ingredients then grill for 45 minutes in your highest oven heat.

ROAST CHICKEN AND POTATOES.

Roast chicken
Rinse and pat dry the chicken.
In a bowl mix tomato sauce, Portuguese chicken spice, barbecue sauce and finely chopped rosemary. Marinade the chicken for an hour before roasting in the oven.

Roast potatoes
Rinse and cut your potatoes. Melt a tablespoon of butter and pour over the potatoes. Season with any spice of your choice and sprinkle some mixed herbs on top. Bake in the oven until the potatoes are crispy on the outside and soft inside.

Break the raw eggs in a bowl and remove the yoke, put the yoke in a blender, cut your lemon 🍋 into halves then juice it out and remove the seeds then pour the juice into the blender add pinch of salt and sugar, then blend together, little by little add your Vegetable oil, while blending till it become thick…..

FRESH&FLUFFY TEA SCONE

4cups cake flour
5tablespoon white sugar
2large eggs
100ml oil
100ml full cream milk
5ml vanilla essence
10ml baking powder
Pinch of salt.
Sift flour,baking powder,salt and mix 2gether the dry ingredients,on another bowl mix the wet ingredients then add to your dry 1 mix but dont overmix then lay and roll cut with cookie cutter or tumbler and bake.
