EGG-LESS CHOCOLATE CAKE

Ingredients:
Refined flour- 2 cup
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Melted butter- 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder- 1/2 cup
Milk- 1 cup
Condense milk- 1/2 cup
Baking powder- 1.5 tsp
Baking Soda- 1 tsp
Method :

Grease a baking tray evenly with some butter and keep it aside. Cut the butter paper in round shape equal to the size of baking tray base. Grease it with some butter and place it into the container. Add baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder into the refined flour. Mix everything really. Strain this mixture twice through a sieve so that the Mixture becomes even. Dry ingredients are now ready. Keep it aside.
Take melted butter in another bowl along with powdered sugar and whisk them together for a while. Now add condensed milk and again whisk them together until it becomes fluffy. Further add milk to it and mix everything together. Add the dry ingredients mixture in small portions into the wet ingredients mixture. Mix everything together until all the lumps dissolves completely. Batter for cake is now ready. Pour the batter into the baking tray. Tap the container on surface so that the batter spreads evenly. Preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade. Place the baking tray on the middle rack of the preheated oven. Set the oven timer at 180 degree centigrade for 25 minutes. Let the cake bake and check later.

After 25 minutes, cake has turned nice brown in color. Take the tray out from the oven. If the cake is not ready in 25 minutes on 180 degree centigrade then bake it for 10 more minutes on 170 degree centigrade. To check whether the cake is perfectly baked or not, insert a knife tip into the cake if it comes out clean that means it is baked perfectly. Let the cake cool down for a while. Now the cake has cooled down completely. Take it out from the container. For this, run a knife around the edges of the cake. Place a plate on the top of the baking tray and then flip the baking tray upside down. Tap the container gently on the top. Remove the butter paper from the top of the cake. And now your yummy Egg less Chocolate cake is ready..

My sweet bread.

Recipe:

1kg flour

1kg wheat flour

1 cup sugar

3tbs instant yeast

3tsp salt

1cup veg.oil

1tsp nutmeg (optional)

Milk (optional)

Egg(optional)

PROCEDURES:

Sift the white flour in a clean bowl

Add in wheat flour,sugar,salt, yeast, nutmeg, milk and mix together.

Add the vegetable oil and rub or mix all together.

Gradually add in water little by little.

Mix all together and knead.

On a clean table sprinkle flour and knead the dough for at least 5minutes.

Grease your moulds with oil to avoid burning. Cut or mould you dough as you desire. Leave to rise or double in size.

Bake in a hot oven.

Easy cup cake recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 c sugar ( reduce if you don’t like them sweet)
2 large eggs
1/2 c oil
1/2 c milk
1 tsp vanilla essence

Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Line baking tin with paper cups
Sift flour and baking powder together
Add sugar
Whisk all wet ingredients and add to dry ingredients.
Fill cupcakes to about 3/4 and bake for 15 min.

chicken tchep and meatballs 🌺ingredients

  • chicken pieces: 6
  • broken rice once or two: 1 Bag
  • mustard
  • Onions: 5
  • Pepper, parsley, cube broth (Cube, Maggi shrimp)
  • Celery: 2 branches
  • Tomato Concentrate: 1 Box
  • Vinegar

Vegetables to choose

  • Baby: 1
  • Gombos: 3
  • sweet potato: 2
  • Carrot: 5
  • Turnip: 2
  • Eggplant: 1
  • potatoes: 2
  • Peppers: 2
  • Red Peppers: 2
  • minced meat: 500 g
  • slices of bread of bread: 2

Preparation of chicken pieces

The baguette express bread 😊

Ingredients for 2 Small Chopsticks:
250 g of flour.
6 G of salt.
8 G of fresh baker yeast (or 4 GR of dry yeast)
175 ml of warm water.

Mix the warm water with the yeast.
Mix the salt with the flour. Make a well on the work plan with the flour.
Pour the water as you go to the center of the then, mix about 5 minutes. Deposit the dough obtained in a container by putting a little flour inside. Drop a food film on the container.
Let the dough rest for 20 minutes.
Clean up your work plan and drop the dough without too much the degas.
Cut 2 pieces of equal size.

croquettes

Ingredients:

  • 700 g of flour

  • 5 eggs
  • 80 g of butter
  • 150 ml of non-sweet liquid milk
  • 2 pinches of salt

  • 1 Bag of chemical yeast
  • frying oil

Preparation:
1-mix properly the sugar + Butter + Vanilla Sugar.

2-add the whole eggs.

3-then add half of the flour.

4-pour the milk, then the rest of flour + the chemical yeast + Salt, mix properly until you get a ball that doesn’t stick to the hands.

5-let +or rest-1 H, then make tiny balls in hand or applaud the dough on a work plan and cut it out.

6-fry at medium fire.
To test a frying oil so that it doesn’t burn, add at the beginning of the heating 1 Croquette, 1 doughnut… then let the gild.

A) Ingredients:

– Flour 1 KG

– Sugar 100 gr

– Salt 1 Coffee Spoon

– Yeast (40 gr fresh or 20 gr dried)

– water 700 ml

– Frying Oil 1 L

Preparation:

1.- in a bowl put warm water + Yeast + a spoon of sugar: turn and then book.

2-in another large bowl mix flour + Sugar + Salt: turn then put in the mixture the water mixed with the yeast next..

3-beat until the mixture is elastic…..

4-Cover with a film paper or a clean fabric and let the dough rest until it double in volume.

5-heat up the oil.

6-soak your hands in water and take the donut dough and cut them in oil. The removed when they are golden.
