1kg of lamb stew
2tablespoon of cooking oil
Season your meat with your spices and after Heat up you cooking oil in an open pot, when oil is hot, brown your meat each side, after remove from pot ND in the same pot saute in your onion until soft, put in your tomato paste and mix until well combined! Pour 50ml of water and all spices and allow it to simmer for 1 minute and after put back the meat and mix it nicely an after pour in water the water must cover the meat but please don’t pour tomuch water 💦 ! Allow it to cook on medium heat for 30min and after put in your veggies and let them cook until ready, please allow it to simmer on low heat 😊😊serve it with rice or Dumbling.
Saute your onion until soft and put in ur green pepper.and put in your beef and fry for 5 minutes and mix 3teaspoon of the soup in 400ml water and pour in the pot and let it cook until ready and put in your veggies cook them until they soft ..please don’t over cook them hle…and let it simmer on low heat
1 large sweet red apple
1 large tart green apple
1 tablespoon freshly-squeezed lemon juice
10 ounces raw matchstick carrots (about 3 cups)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
Salt & freshly ground black pepper
3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (about 3 ounces)
1/2 cup dried sweetened cranberries
Core apples and cut into thin slices; cut slices into matchsticks (you should have around 3 1/2 cups julienned apples). Place in a large bowl and toss with lemon juice. Add carrots and stir to combine.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, honey, rice wine vinegar, and salt and pepper, to taste. Pour over apple/carrot mixture and stir to coat. Mix in crumbled feta cheese and dried cranberries. Taste and adjust seasonings, adding more salt and pepper, if necessary. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to an hour to allow the flavors to blend, or longer if you prefer softer carrots and apples. If a bit of liquid accumulates at the bottom of the bowl, serve using a slotted spoon.

Mix all your spices with cooking oil and rub your wings put them in bowl and close it, put in in the fridge overnight, or 5hours if you in hurry! But overnight is the best! After preheat your oven at 180,and grill them for 12 minutes or until ready, while grilling you wings, in a pan pour your sauce and let it simmer on low heat and after transfer the wings from the oven to the pan and mix gently until its your wings are well combined! 500g pure salted butter
1 cup icing sugar
1 cup corn flour
3 cups flour
Cream bu tter until it is fluffy and white.
Add icing sugar bit by bit
Add your cornflour and make a soft dough.
Cover the dough with cling wrap and refrigerate for 20min.
Sprinkle a little flour on your work surface.
Roll the dough but don’t make it too thick or too thin.
I cut with a knife and put in the fridge again for 10min
Then bake for 7/8 minutes or until they are nice and brown at 180°
combine soft margarine and sugar well, add oil, add eggs one at the time and mix thoroughly, add milk and essence, sift your flour and baking powder into the mixture, add coconut and custard, mix it well with hand until it forms a soft dough. Cut your cherries into desired pieces.
I used a RUSSELL HOBBS biscuit maker with a star shaper and baked at 170°C.

Or you just want to try something different,
This caramelized onions sweet potatoes should be your next try in the kitchen
You will need boiled but firm sweet potatoe
Two or three big sized onions cut if you love onions use more
3 table spoons soy sauce
1 tea spoon of sugar A TEA SPOON JUST TO SWEATEN THE ONIONS musinipee sugar lessons
Oil for caramelizing the onions just abit like a table spoon, but this will depend with how much you are making
Heat oil in a pan, make sure its big enough
Add your onions and take your time to let them cook well ,watch out they dont turn black if you love onions ongeza to your taste ..
Keep turning till they all cook and you are soft almost turning brown ,
Add sugar this is just for sweatening the onions ,gives it a kick when mixed with soy sauce
Then add soy sauce
Give it about 3 mins then add your diced sweet potatoes…
Turn well, then let it cook for about 5 mins, as you gently turn. And if you like a little heat, add some pepper flakes too
Then serve with your fevorite sauce or tea

8 Chicken Pieces
2 Tbs Cajun Chicken Seasoning
1 Large Onion diced
1 Large Green Pepper sliced
1 Large Red Pepper sliced
4 Cloves Garlic chopped
1 Tap Cumin powder
1 Tsp Paprika powder
1 Tsp White Pepper
1 Cup Frozen Peas
1 Cup Olives pitted
1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce
2 Chicken Stock Cubes
1 Liter Warm Water
Season the chicken well with cajun season and a a sprinkle of salt cover and place in the fridge for 1 hr or over night.
Chop all all the onion, and peppers then put aside and measure out all all your spices, cumin,paprika,black pepper.
After 1 hour place a big pan on high heat when the oil is hoy brown the chicken for only 3 minutes on each side. Remove the meat from the pan and keep aside covered.
In the same pan drop the onion and peppers saute for 2 minutes.
While the onion are cooking quickly rinse the rice under running water until the water runs clear and all the white colour is gone then add the rice along with the garlic back into the pan.
Mix the stock cubes and warm water until dissolved. Add the stock to the rice along with the tomato sauce, white pepper, peas and olives. Stir the mixture making the chicken is areanged on top of the rice then cook uncovered in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celcius for 30 minutes.
