Ingredients
500g Rama,
2 cups white sugar,
3tbsp oil,
3 large eggs,
1tbsp caramel essence,
3tbsp milk,
6 cups flour,
4tsp baking powder,
3/4 coconut,
3 heaped tbsp custard powder.
Cherries for decor.

METHOD:
combine soft margarine and sugar well, add oil, add eggs one at the time and mix thoroughly, add milk and essence, sift your flour and baking powder into the mixture, add coconut and custard, mix it well with hand until it forms a soft dough. Cut your cherries into desired pieces.
I used a RUSSELL HOBBS biscuit maker with a star shaper and baked at 170°C.
