1 lb Sirloin Strips (lean) or other beef sliced thin
1 Green Pepper (large)
1 Onion (medium)
1 Egg
Sargento Provolone Slices, 1 pkg, 8 oz or Shredded
Nasoya Egg Roll Wraps (approx 8)
McCormick Grill-Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning
Olivio Buttery Spray
Vegetable Oil (if deep frying)
Directions :
Dice Green Pepper and Onion into bite size pieces and saute’ in pan with oil / butter on medium heat Cut Sirlion Steak Strips into small pieces (approx 1 inch each) and add to pan with pepper & onion mixture Generously season with McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning Cook on medium heat until steak is well cooked and peppers & onions are soft, slower is better for flavor and texture Once cooked through, remove from heat and set aside for 10 minutes to allow meat to rest Place Nasoya Egg Roll Wraps on parchment paper Beat egg in a bowl and brush all four edges of each egg roll wrap with egg (this will help seal the egg roll together when cooking) Add approximately 2 tablespoons of steak / peppers / onion mixture to the middle of the egg roll wrap and top with one slice of provolone cheese folded on top Fold the bottom of the egg roll wrap up half way to cover the meat mixture (like an envelope) then fold in both sides, before folding the top down add a little more egg (like a glue) and fold the top down closing the egg roll. Deep Frying Option: Drop each egg roll into vegetable oil preheated on medium heat (you don’t want the oil too hot) flipping until it is golden brown (approx 3-4 minutes each) Air Fryer Option: Spray outside of egg roll with Olivio Buttery Spray and place in air fryer at 390 degrees for 12 minutes. Flip half way through if necessary based on your air fryer. Oven Option: Spray the outside of the egg roll lightly with the Olivio Buttery Spray and place in pre-heated 400 degrees oven for 10-12 minute, flip half way through. When fully cooked, allow egg rolls to cool on paper towel lined plate before serving. Delicious! If you would like to have a dip for these, a mayonnaise / horseradish mixture matches perfectly!

Ingredients: 1 large head of cauliflower, washed and cut into florets 3 tablespoons olive oil 2 teaspoons garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon cumin (optional) Salt and black pepper, to taste Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional) Grated Parmesan cheese (for serving, optional)
Instructions: Step 1: Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Step 2: Prepare the Cauliflower: Wash the cauliflower head thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized florets. Remove any large stems. Step 3: Season the Cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin (if using), salt, and black pepper. Ensure the cauliflower is well coated. Step 4: Arrange on Baking Sheet: Spread the seasoned cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Make sure the florets are not too crowded to allow even roasting. Step 5: Roast in the Oven: Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crisp at the edges. You can toss the cauliflower halfway through the roasting time for even browning. Step 6: Garnish and Serve: Remove the roasted cauliflower from the oven and transfer it to a serving dish. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and, if desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Step 7: Enjoy: Serve the roasted cauliflower as a flavorful side dish or snack.
Tips: Customize the seasoning according to your preference. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat or experiment with your favorite herbs and spices. Squeeze a bit of fresh lemon juice over the roasted cauliflower before serving for a zesty twist. If you enjoy a crispy texture, roast the cauliflower for a few extra minutes. This dish pairs well with yogurt-based sauces, tahini, or a squeeze of lemon. Roasted cauliflower is not only delicious but also a healthy and satisfying addition to your meals. Enjoy the nutty flavor and crispy edges of this versatile vegetable!
Ginger is well known for its aphrodisiac and energizing properties. With its spiciness, it is appreciated in Asian cuisine, and is even eaten as a treat. However, it would also have the effect of making your hair grow faster, because it intensifies blood flow to the scalp. Undertaking a ginger treatment would therefore be a solution to make your hair grow faster.
To make your homemade recipe, you need 500 grams of fresh ginger roots ! Just peel them, as if you wanted to eat them, and cut them into small pieces .
Then place all the pieces in a juice extractor , juicer or blender , depending on what you have at home. All three will do just fine
Little tip: add a little bit of water . It will allow the pieces of ginger to grind more easily .
Application of treatment
Using a strainer, collect the ginger “juice” in a cup and filter the remaining pieces . The goal is to apply only the liquid preparation , as a mask, to the scalp. It is imperative to have dry hair .
Gently massage your roots with your fingertips for a few minutes.
Be careful, you should not immediately go to the shower afterwards. It is very important to leave the preparation on your scalp for at least an hour before rinsing.

I finally got around to trying this Slow Cooker Crack Chicken recipe. My neighbor told me about this crack chicken, though she makes hers in her instant pot.
This recipe is a creation by Shelly from the website Cookies and Cups; you can see her recipe here. I am so glad I gave this recipe a try the flavors go so good together and go great over white rice which helps take away a bit of the saltiness.
How to prepare:
Add the chicken to the slow cooker and top with the ranch packet and cream cheese. That’s all you need to add at this point. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours and do not open the lid during the cooking time.
Add the chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar cheese and garlic powder to a slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours. Toast the hoagie rolls, scoop on the chicken and top with cheddar slice and crumbled bacon. More than enough for 8 hoagie rolls!
Honey baked pork is juicy, bursting with flavor and boasts a caramelized sugar coating. Although it is not an exact copy of the popular HoneyBaked Ham Store version, I would dare say it is the best honey baked ham you will ever taste – store bought or home made! On top of all that, honey-baked ham costs a fraction of what you’d spend at a HoneyBaked Ham Store – and you don’t have to wait in line or worry about it running out! This glazed ham tastes gourmet but is very easy to make and will impress all your Easter and Christmas guests!
Ingredients :
1 10-pound smoked ham (with added water)
1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup of clover honey
Directions :
Adjust oven racks to fit a large roasting tray. Placing pan on a shallow roast rack. Preheaat oven to 350 degrees F .
Unwrap the pork and rinse it with cold water. Placing it on rack in roast tray. Cover with tin foil and bake for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Meanwhile, combine brown sugar and honey in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until mixture is smooth and sugar has dissolved.
Pour the brown sugar glaze over the pork and continue roasting for another 1 hour and 40 minutes, roasting at least twice and dripping into the roaster. (To adjust total roasting time for smaller or larger hams, calculate 20 minutes per pound.) Check for doneness by inserting a meat thermometer into the meat spot (not in the fat or touching the bones)—it should register 160°F.
Let the pork stand 15 minutes before slicing to allow the juices to run through.
