10kg cream samp recipe
Boil your samp size sithambe bushu
Add onions 5 large onions uthambe bushu
Add 2 rama margarine
3 lt fresh cream(used powder milk if u like)
10packs Knorr three cheese sauce
10sachets mushroom soup
Aromat it will depend on your salt taste I used 9sachets of Knorr aromat
3cups grated cheese
Aside saute robot peppers strips 
Boil peas or mixed vegs (I used 2 bags 1kg)
Kuthele in ur samp before creaming it.

POLONY AND CHEESE BREAD ROLLS

What you need:
-Grated cheese
-Polony slices
-Mayonnaise
-Slices of bread
-Eggs

So, I started by spreading the bread slices with mayonnaise, then place a slice of polony on each bread, then sprinkle some grated cheese on each bread slice. Then I rolled the slices, keeping the cheese inside. Dip the bread slices in eggs then fry in a pan with a little bit of oil, turning the rolls till golden brown on all sides then VIOLA!!

You can also remove the bread crust on the sides if you’re struggling to roll.

CHAKALAKA

INGREDIENTS
1 smal Packet of green beans
4 ðŸ¥• carrots
1 can of Koo beans
2 teaspoons of paprika
2 teaspoons of chicken spice
1tablespoon of cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons Masala
1tablespoon of olive oil
1TABLESPOONS of curry
250ml of water

nip the tips off each end of the beans, and cut them into half, cut your carrots into half and make stripes and boil with 250ml water until cooked not over cooked please! Cook them until the water has dryed up! Pour oil in the same pot, with your spices and fry for 5 minutes remove from the stove and pour in your beans.

POCH

Ingredients:
10 cups flour
10 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
500ml fresh or sour milk
2 cups sugar
Lemon or essence of your choice. M
500g Rama

Method:
Mix Rama,sugar then add eggs, essence and milk then add all your dry ingredients. Make sure your dough is soft and use your table spoon. Grease your pan and bake at least 30-40 mnts depending how your oven works.

FRYED CHICKEN AND CHIPS

INGREDIENTS
1/4cup of flour
1tablespoon chicken spice
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 egg

I ddnt have enough cooking oil soo I Boiled my chicken first with salt and after set aside and let cool down….. Dip in egg mixture and lastly to the flour and spice mixture… Repeat this process again and deep fry it.

Last dip should always be flour

RICE, CHAKALAKA, SALAD AND CHICKEN

Rice recipe: I cooked my rice separate with spice for rice and bit of salt..on the side I fried my peppers and mushroom,with a bit of spice of your choice, mixed with mushroom soup and rich oxtail, then poured the mixture to the rice….

Chakalaka: fried my peppers and onions with mixed herbs,worcestersause spice, steak and chops,black pepper chilli sauce and added beans

Other salad: steamed Brocolli and cauliflower,diced carrots,chopped fried chicken breasts, you can add bacon as well, and chopped cheese…after you steam your cauliflower you let it cool,add aromat,then your fried chicken breast and bacon,cheese and mayonnaise 

Chicken, gosh I remember just spicing it and put it in the oven, when it was done ,I took it out, dunked it in BBQ sauce mixed it with a bit of peri peri sauce, put it back in the oven for 5 min and it was done .

VOROSO STEW, CREAMY SAMP, BEETROOT

Samp recipe
Cook samp until soft.
Then add fresh milk and chicken stock when the milk is reduced (almost dry) and Rama.. Ellis brown.. cream of mushroom soup (dry).. turmeric ..parsley and aromat

Voroso ðŸ˜‚ recipe

Good quality voroso..
Fry it in a Pan untill brown brown akere… Then remove from the pan.
Add chopped onions and green pepper.. garlic…..
Then Italian herb’s. Paprika.. spice. tomato paste….
Then add grated tomatoes.. and beef curry stock then royco rich and beefy stew mix.
