Vanilla biscuits

6cups flour
6teaspoon bp
1cup sugar
500g margarine 
3spoon vanilla
Pinch of salt

Mix margarine and sugar(use electric beater) and beat until it changes colour frm yellow to cream white,put ur eggs beat again for 5mnts..followed by ur dry ingredients.. mix ur dough nicely and make round and press it with fork or ur cookie machine (mince machine) I used a thread holder (toloki).

Fried Fish, home made tartar sauce, fried chips and Greek salad

Fish recipe ingredients
Fish spice
Bread crumbs
Lecol(lemon juice)

Season your fish with fish spice and sprinkle with lecol juice then put aside, then mix bread crumbs, parsley and flour and pour bit of aromat for taste, then set aside
In a seperate bowl beat eggs adding milk mix well then deep your fish in the egg batter and put them in your flour mixture then fry in your hot oil for plus minus 10 minutes

Tartar sauce
1cup mayonnaise
2tbs Dijon mustard
1tbsp lemon juice
Few pepperdews(optional)
1 onion finely chopped 
1green pepper finely chopped
Cayenne pepper (optional)

Chop all that needs chopping and mix it altogether with the other ingredients let it sit in a fridge for 30minutes before serving.

Oxtail served with mash potatoes

oxtail pieces
carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
1 large onion, sliced
cloves garlic, crushed
dried thyme
Bay Leaves
hot water
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Tomato sauce
A packet of beef and rosemary dry cook in sauce
Peppers( green, red and yellow)

Brown the oxtail pieces all over in a drizzling of hot oil in a pot. Lift them out and set aside.
In the same pot, toss in the carrot, onion over medium heat until tender.
Add garlic, thyme, bay leaves , salt and black pepper and tomato sauce. Then add water
Cover with a lid and simmer slowly for 2 ½ – 3 hours. The meat should be very tender, but not quite falling off the bone. Add the peppers and the dry cook in sauce and simmer.

1kg chicken pieces
1/2cup selfraising flour
3Tblsp Six Gun spice
Oil for deep frying

Method:pre-boil chicken pieces
Set aside
Mix flour&six gun spice,set aside
Heat oil in a pan enough for deep frying at medium high heat
Then deep chicken in beaten egg,then roll in flour mixture
Then deep fry until golden&crispy
#Tip:for a spicy flavor u can add paprika to the flour mixture.

Breakfast Scones

4cups selfraising flour
2-3Tblsp sugar
Pinch of salt
2large eggs
Half a cup rama
2cups maas
3Tblsp fresh orange juice&grated orange rind
Mix flour,salt ,sugar,add rama and mix wit yo fingertips
Add eggs(beaten)
Orange juice&rind
Mix well(dont overmix yo mixture)
Roll yo mixture on a floured surface&cut into yo favourite shape
Place on a greased pan(i also dusted it wit flour)
Brush wit beaten egg
Bake in a preheated oven of 180©until golden

Ecele pheka tomato yakho mase uready upholise then bese uqugcobisa kuflour wakho ose trayin , mase uthatha ur russail uwasike abe NGO round bese wabeka yonke indawo , thela ur barbarque sauce and add ispice sakho kancane for itaste , then gcina ngcheese wakho ngaphezulu yonke ingawo. Then you bake to 180°C 15 to 20 minutes.
