MARBLE CAKE AND VANILLA CUPPIES

Marble cake recipe
1cup stork to bake margarine
1 and 1/2 cups castor sugar
1 cup milk
4 eggs
1/4 cup oil
3 and 1/4 cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
Vanilla essence

Method
Cream sugar and margarine until it’s creamy, add eggs one at a time add 1 tsp vanilla essence add oil, add milk and mix well, then add flour, baking powder and salt and mix well. 

Then pour 3/4 mixture of your dough in ur prepared pans leaving the small amount of dough then on that remaining dough add 1/4 cup of cocoa mix it well then for sing a knife make swirls then bake at 180degrees for 30minutes.

JEQE(STEAM BREAD), GRILLED CHICKEN, CREAMY SPINACH WITH MUSHROOMS AND PEPPERS, BOILED CABBAGE, CHAKALAKA

Jeqe recipe
10 cups flour
1 packet yeast
125ml sugar
30ml salt
125ml oil
Grated carrots
Chopped spinach
Warm water(kala ngamehlo)

Method
Put flour in ur dish add yeast, sugar, salt, grated carrots, chopped spinach and lastly add oil, then using ur clean hands mix it all together and pour in water and shove it until it forms a plough able dough, let it rise and shove it back maybe repeat that 4 three times and Cook the old way using plastic or enamel dish cook for 1hour 30 minutes, or use mugs and cook for 30 minutes

Spinach
Boil spinach with milk add aromat, let it boil for 5minutes then add mushrooms, then add three cheese sauce. Mushroom sauce as is(powdered) lastly add peppers

Grated carrots
Robot peppers
Onion rings
Paprika
Mix masala
Oil
Steak and chops
Aromat
Baked beans

Method
Put oil in your pan then when it is hot put onions and crushed garlic let it cook then add paprika and mix masala let it cook, then add steak and chops spice,aromat and let it simmer, then add peppers do not overcook peppers add carrots and let it simmer for 5minutes then remove from stove and add baked beans.

Cabbage
Boil ur cabbage using a small amount of water add aromat to taste and add green beans then laslty add red cabbage and bit of rama original

Method
Make a paste of all the ingredients then brush them on your meat then let it soak for 2hours, then grill for 45 minutes on ur highest oven heat.

SWISS ROLL FRESHLY BAKED

Swiss roll recipe
4 eggs seperated
3/4 cup sugar
1tsp baking powder
3/4cup flour
Jam
Fresh cream
Icing sugar (for dusting)
Pinch of salt

Method
Cream egg yolks and sugar until they are creamy, add vanilla essence, then add flour and baking powder and mix well, then beat egg whites until they are stiff and then mix with the flour mixture using a spoon and then bake for 15minutes, then on a damp cloth pour castor sugar then put ur sponge upside down removing it from the baking paper, when it is cool spread jam and whipped cream using both hands roll it over closing it and powder with icing sugar.

MASHED POTATOES, CHICKEN ALA KING, BUTTERNUT WITH PARSLEY, CARROT GREEN BEANS AND RED PEPPER SAUTÉED IN RAMA ORIGINAL

Chicken ala king 
1 medium onion 
500g chicken fillets, skinless 
250ml low fat milk
250ml fresh cream 
100g mushrooms, sliced 
1 small onion, chopped 
1 medium green pepper, sliced
Red pepper(Optional)
Yellow pepper (Optional) 
15ml sunflower oil 
Mixed herbs
Aromat (Optional)
1 x KNORR Chicken à la King Dry Cook-in-Sauce 

Method
In a pan, brown the onions in oil, add mixed herbs and aromat add the chicken, pepper and mushrooms and brown for 5 min.
Add cold milk and cream to the pan, stir in the contents of the sachet of KNORR Chicken a’la King Dry Cook-in-Sauce and bring to the boil while stirring.
Simmer uncovered for 25 min, stirring occasionally. 

Mashed poatatoes
Cook your potatoes until they are soft then add rama original, mix well, add fresh cream and aromat and grated cheese with 1 tsp of baking powder(for fluffiness) then serve 

Carrots recipe
Chop your green beans boil for 3 minutes in salty water then remove , then boil your carrots in water with tsp of viniger and tsp of sugar for 3 minutes then remove from stove, then chop onions put rama in ur sauce pan add onions then add mixed herbs and ginger and garlic and put in your caroots and green beans cook for 5minutes then add red pepper and remove from stove.

MARBLE CUPPIES WITH MARBLE CREAM SO SO YUMMY

Recipe 
3 and 1/2 cups flour
1and half cups sugar
4eggs
Tsp vanilla
250g stork to bake margarine
1/4 cocoa powder
60ml oil
3tsp baking powder
1cup milk
60ml hot water

Vanilla cream
125g butter
1 and 1/4 cup icing sugar
2TBS fresh cream
1tsp vanilla essence
Pinch of salt (for taste)

Chocolate cream
125g butter
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2TBS fresh cream 
1tsp vanilla essence
Pinch of salt
1 and 1/4 icing sugar

Method(cake)
Mix sugar and margarine mix until it is creamy then add eggs one at at a time then add vanilla essence add oil mix for about 3 minutes, add sifted flour and baking powder and. Alternatively add milk mix well then take 3/4 of ur mixture and put aside 

Mix water and cocoa and mix with the remaining batter it must be thick, then put paper cups in your pan starting with chocolate mixture using a spoon pour INA small amount then pour in vanilla mixture and add chocolate mixture ending with vanilla make swirls using a knife to make a marble finish bake to 20minutes at 180degrees

Vanilla cream
Beat margarine until it is creamy then add icing sugar and cream and vanilla essence and salt mix well if it is too runny add icing sugar if it is too thick add cream

Chocolate cream
Use the vanilla method but add cocoa powder

When your cakes are cool use a piping bag pour in both ur cream side by side enjoy.

Dombolo/jeqe recipe
Clean hands
10 cups flour ( you can divide by two if nibancane)
2 packets of dry yeast(reduce if its too much for u)
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 cups carrots
2 green peppers chopped or grated
Gorimas dried parsley (has NYC aroma)
Salt
Sugar(according to ur taste)
120ml oil
Warm water(kala ngamehlo)

Method
Mix all the dry ingredients together, then take ur Cheddar cheese, carrots and parsley put them in your flour, mix well using ur clean hands then add water shove ur dough until it is pliable (ingasaleli esandleni) rlthen add oil mix it well make sure it goes in to ur dough leave it to rise in a warm place then shove it back repeat that step when u see that it is right make small ballsput then in ur prepare stew and reduce heat to avoid burning make sure that u have sufficient gravy so that your dumplings cannot burn.

JEQE, GRILLED DRUMSTICKS

15 cups flour
4 cups grated cheddar cheese
3 cups finely chopped spinach
2 packets of dry yeast
250 ml sugar
80ml salt
125ml oil(optional)
Warm water(kala ngamehlo)
2red peppers

Method
Hlanganisa all the dry ingredients together (except water) and then mix well, then add warm water uxove kahle until it is well kneaded, put in a warm place for it to rise and shove back for three or 4 times bese ufaka on ur greased coffee mugs and cook for 30minutes

Marinade your meat with all the ingredients above the refrigerate for two to three hours and grill for 45 minutes on ur highest oven heat.

Broccoli omelette recipe
Frozen broccoli
2 eggs
Aromat
Fetta cheese
2Tbs of milk
Black pepper

Method
Microwave your broccoli for 3 minutes until they thaw(athambe) then whisk your eggs adding milk pepper and aromat, then put oil in ur pan, for ur omelette not to stick first spray ur pan with Cook and bake spray, then pour in ur egg when you see that the bottom part becomes white add broccoli and fetta on one side then flip it over repeat that until ur omellette is cooked

Mushroom recipe
Cook ur mushromm with rama original add crushed garlic and mixed herbs then add peppers and mushrooms cook for 5minutes,

YUMMY FISH

Fish recipe ingredients
Fish spice
Aromat
Flour
Bread crumbs
Lecol(lemon juice)
Eggs
Oil
Parsley
Milk

Method
Season your fish with fish spice and sprinkle with lecol juice then put aside, then mix bread crumbs, parsley and flour and pour bit of aromat for taste, then set aside
In a seperate bowl beat eggs adding milk mix well then deep your fish in the egg batter and put them in your flour mixture then fry in your hot oil for plus minus 10 minutes.

2 TBS lemon rinds(amakhasi alamula)
125g stork to bake margarine
1 cup castor sugar
2eggs
1tsp vanilla essence
2tsp baking powder
250 ml milk
1tsp vanilla essence

Method 
-Cream sugar and margarine until creamy 
-Add one egg at a time and mix well then add vanilla and lemon rinds 
-Sift all your dry ingredients and add them to ur margarine batter and mix well
-Alternately add milk 
-Pour your dough into ur prepared loaf pans and bake for +- 1hour 180degrees.
