nip the tips off each end of the beans, and cut them into half, cut your carrots into half and make stripes and boil with 250ml water until cooked not over cooked please! Cook them until the water has dryed up! Pour oil in the same pot, with your spices and fry for 5 minutes remove from the stove and pour in your beans.

INGREDIENTS 1can condensed milk 250ml fresh cream 2 teaspoons of vanilla ess 3drops of gel food yellow coloring
Place sweetened condensed milk in the fridge to keep cold.
Using a hand or stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, whip the cold cream on medium/high speed until soft peaks form.
