A soft and delicious cake with two flavors – chocolate and vanilla – swirled together for a beautiful marble effect. Simple to make and perfect for any occasion!
🧁 Ingredients:
2 eggs
¾ cup sugar
½ cup vegetable oil
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with baking paper.
- Whisk eggs and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until smooth.
- Divide the batter into two bowls. In one bowl, mix in the cocoa powder.
- Spoon the batters into the loaf pan, alternating between vanilla and chocolate.
- Swirl gently with a knife to create the marble effect.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
