Easy Chocolate Marble Bread

A soft and delicious cake with two flavors – chocolate and vanilla – swirled together for a beautiful marble effect. Simple to make and perfect for any occasion!


🧁 Ingredients:

2 eggs

¾ cup sugar

½ cup vegetable oil

1 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tsp baking powder

A pinch of salt


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with baking paper.
  2. Whisk eggs and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
  3. Add oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until smooth.
  5. Divide the batter into two bowls. In one bowl, mix in the cocoa powder.
  6. Spoon the batters into the loaf pan, alternating between vanilla and chocolate.
  7. Swirl gently with a knife to create the marble effect.
  8. Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack.

✅ Tips:

Store in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days.

Optional: Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
