🧈 Creamy Crockpot Corn Casserole

📝 Ingredients:

1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained

1 (15 oz) can creamed corn

1 cup sour cream

½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

1 box (8.5 oz) Jiffy corn muffin mix

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional but delicious)

Salt & pepper to taste

Fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)

  1. Prep the Crockpot
    Lightly grease the insert of your slow cooker with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. Mix Ingredients
    In a large bowl, combine:

Whole kernel corn

Creamed corn

Sour cream

Melted butter

Corn muffin mix

Shredded cheddar (if using)
Mix until everything is well combined.

  1. Cook

Pour the mixture into the crockpot.

Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours, until the center is set and edges are golden.
