Ingredients 2-3 steaks , chicken strips 1-onion 1-2 bell peppers to your desire
Method
Cook your steak and chicken down to almost done.
Cut up all vegetables when meat almost done add peppers and onions.
After about 10 minutes make gravy.
White rice or yellow rice or even Mash potatoes your desire.

Hlanganisa all the dry ingredients together (except water) and then mix well, then add warm water uxove kahle until it is well kneaded, put in a warm place for it to rise and shove back for three or 4 times bese ufaka on ur greased coffee mugs and cook for 30minutes

Method
Marinade your meat with all the ingredients above the refrigerate for two to three hours and grill for 45 minutes on ur highest oven heat.
6 Red Bell Peppers (Tatashe)Assorted meats ( Boiled and Fried)
4-6 Boiled Eggs (Optional)
1.5 cups Palm oil
2 Big onions
2-4 Scotch bonnet (Ata rodo)Stock fish
Dried Catfish fillets or Shawa fillets
1 Cup Dried Prawns
4 Tablespoons Crayfish Powder
4 Knorr Chicken Cubes
Salt to taste
Method:
Using a food processor, chop up your bell peppers and 1.5 Onions coarsely, set aside..Boil your Stock fish and Catfish fillets in salted water till soft. Set aside..Pour the palm oil into a pan, set on medium heat. When the oil heats up, add the 1/2 chopped onion, saute for 3 minutes…After 3 minutes, add half of the crayfish powder, saute for just 30 seconds….Try not to leave the crayfish for too long to avoid it burning or it’ll give your stew a bitter taste…Then add the pepper. Also add the Knorr cubes and salt to taste, leave to fry on medium heat for 20 minutes, remember to stir every now and then to avoid burning..The stew should look like this after 20 minutes. In fact, the stew should be cooked enough to eat at this time but we’re not done yet…:)Then add the Stock fish and Catfish fillet..Also add a 1/2 a cup of the fish broth…Now, turn the heat to low, then leave to fry for 40 minutes. the longer it fries, the drier it becomes and the tastier it gets. Trust me, the key to well fried stew is to let it fry for as long as possible. Try not to burn the stew though..After 40 minutes, add the fried meats and boiled eggs, continue to fry for a further 10 minutes..Your palm oil stew is ready..
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder + extra for dusting- 3 tbsp
Cornstarch- 3 tbsp
Chocolate Drops or Darl Chocolate- 3/4 Cup
PROCEDURE:
First of all, Combine all ingredients except chocolate drops, mix well. Strain to remove lumps and Cook until soft boil.second… Add chocolate drops or dark chocolate. Continue cooking until smooth and thick.Pour in a 7″x 3″ loaf pan lined with baking paper.Cool for few minutes and chill 6 hours or over night.Remove from the mold and dust with good quality cocoa powder.Slice using a hot knife and serve! its ready guys.
•Plain Flour — 1 Kg
•Baking Powder — 1 teaspoon
•Margarine — 500g
•2 Eggs
•Salt — 2 pinches
•Cold Water – ½ cup or milk
Meat Pie Filling:
•2 medium-sized Irish potatoes
•2 medium-sized carrots
•500g of minced meat
•1 medium-sized onion
•1 cooking spoon of Vegetable Oil
•Seasoning – 2 Maggi / Knorr cubes and 1 teaspoon of thyme
•2 tablespoons of plain flour
•Cold water — 1 cup
•Salt — to taste
•1 egg (for glazing the pies)
Preparation :
A-Making the Filling:
Step 1: Heat the oil and lightly brown the onions
Step 2: Add the minced meat and fry until brown, season the meat with the thyme, curry powder and the bouillon cube. Then add a cup of water and let it cook for 5 min.
Step 3: Add the carrots and potatoes with 1 cup of water and salt to your taste.
Cover the pot and let it cook till everything is tender (around 15 min) .
Step 4: Dissolve the flour in some water and add in the filling. This will thicken the filling.
Stop the heat and let the filling completely cool down.
B-Making the dough:
Step 1: Add the flour in a bowl with the baking powder and a pinch of salt. Then mix well.
Step 2: Add the margarine and mix thoroughly until the mixture looks more like bread crumbs.
Step 3: Gradually add water while mixing until you get
Smooth dough
Step 4: Roll out on a flat surface with rolling pin and cut into desired size wth a round cutter
Step 5: Add the filling, fold & brush eggs on the inner side of the pastry to bind
Step 6: Use fork to press the edges together or use a meat pie cutter if you have
Step7: Brush egg on it to achieve a golden color when baked
Once you’re done set on greased baking tray and put in the preheat oven.
Ingredients:
Refined flour- 2 cup
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Melted butter- 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder- 1/2 cup
Milk- 1 cup
Condense milk- 1/2 cup
Baking powder- 1.5 tsp
Baking Soda- 1 tsp
Method :
Grease a baking tray evenly with some butter and keep it aside. Cut the butter paper in round shape equal to the size of baking tray base. Grease it with some butter and place it into the container. Add baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder into the refined flour. Mix everything really. Strain this mixture twice through a sieve so that the Mixture becomes even. Dry ingredients are now ready. Keep it aside.
Take melted butter in another bowl along with powdered sugar and whisk them together for a while. Now add condensed milk and again whisk them together until it becomes fluffy. Further add milk to it and mix everything together. Add the dry ingredients mixture in small portions into the wet ingredients mixture. Mix everything together until all the lumps dissolves completely. Batter for cake is now ready. Pour the batter into the baking tray. Tap the container on surface so that the batter spreads evenly. Preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade. Place the baking tray on the middle rack of the preheated oven. Set the oven timer at 180 degree centigrade for 25 minutes. Let the cake bake and check later.
After 25 minutes, cake has turned nice brown in color. Take the tray out from the oven. If the cake is not ready in 25 minutes on 180 degree centigrade then bake it for 10 more minutes on 170 degree centigrade. To check whether the cake is perfectly baked or not, insert a knife tip into the cake if it comes out clean that means it is baked perfectly. Let the cake cool down for a while. Now the cake has cooled down completely. Take it out from the container. For this, run a knife around the edges of the cake. Place a plate on the top of the baking tray and then flip the baking tray upside down. Tap the container gently on the top. Remove the butter paper from the top of the cake. And now your yummy Egg less Chocolate cake is ready..
Ingredients
1 1/2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 c sugar ( reduce if you don’t like them sweet)
2 large eggs
1/2 c oil
1/2 c milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Line baking tin with paper cups
Sift flour and baking powder together
Add sugar
Whisk all wet ingredients and add to dry ingredients.
Fill cupcakes to about 3/4 and bake for 15 min.
