Ingredients:
500g butter.
1 cup icing sugar.
1 cup corn flour.
3 cups flour.
Method:
Cream butter then add icing sugar mix well. Then add corn flour mix well add the flour and mix into a soft dough.
Then using your cutters pipe biscuits into a tray OR make balls and press with a fork, if the is too sticky just rub flour on your hands and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutues on 180′.
