2 cups mandarin orange segments (canned or fresh, drained if canned)

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)

1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

1 cup shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened, optional)

1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup diced cream cheese (softened) or 1 cup vanilla yogurt (for a lighter version)

1 tablespoon sugar (optional, adjust to taste)


Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese (or use vanilla yogurt) with vanilla extract until smooth. If you want it sweeter, add sugar and mix well.
