  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip or similar)
  • 3-4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, well-drained
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

Topping:

  • More whipped topping (for the top layer)
  • Sliced bananas
  • Maraschino cherries
  • Chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Make the crust:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
    • Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes to set.
  2. Prepare the filling:
    • In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
    • Fold in whipped topping gently until fully combined.
  3. Layer the cake:
    • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
    • Layer sliced bananas over the cream cheese mixture.
    • Spoon the drained pineapple evenly on top of the bananas.
    • Spread cherry pie filling over the pineapple.
  4. Top and garnish:
    • Spread a final layer of whipped topping over everything.
