Lip meat (linyama yenhloko) with pap and cabbage

Recipe lip meat(inyama yenhloko)
Lip meat (washed)
Water
Onions
Green pepper
Smoked paprika
Beef stock
Chillie flakes
Carrot cut in julien pieces
Zeal (dont add it if ungaythandi please)

Method 
Clean and wash ur meat till its clean then boil it with salt and zeal for two to three hours before cutting it to pieces, then cut into pieces then add onions, carrots, green pepper, beef stock paprika and chilllie flakes let it boil on low heat and remove when ur carrots become a bit soft.

Pap recipe
Maize meal
Rama original 
Salt
Three cheese sauce 
Salt

Method 
Mix maize meal with three cheese sauce then add water then bring water and margarine on ur saucepan to boil add salt then add maize meal stir until there are no lumps then reduce heat. Stirring occasionally untill it is cooked.

Cabbage recipe
Boil your cabbage for 5 minutes then add rama and aromat let it cook for two more minutes then add grated carrots and serve.
