Wash and clean your gizzards and boil them with cinnamon sticks, bay leaves and salt and pepper for 1 and half hours
Then put oil in ur pan and fry onions and green pepper, garlic powder then add curry powder, paprika and salt and pepper. Add water (250ml) and peri peri sauce then add gizzards reduce heat let it cook on low heat then add garlic herbs and chicken stock powder then add pepperdews and baby carrots.
