Chicken gizzards

Place the chicken gizzards in a pot half of spices you want to use, smashed garlic and salt .

Add enough water to cover the gizzards by 1 inch.

Bring the gizzards to a boil,
Untul soft and tender.

Then fry adding remaining half of the spices .
