Chicken breast with cheese sauce and breadcrumb Recipe

4 chicken breasts
4 tsb of lemon juice
Black pepper
Salt
Dry parsley
Breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1 and half cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Method
First season the chicken with pepper and salt then drizzle lemon juice on both side and put it aside.
For the cheese sauce melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat
Whisk flour into butter until smooth.
Pour milk into butter mixture and stir with a wooden spoon to combine. Cook and stir until mixture thickens, about 3 minutes. Add Cheddar cheese and stir until cheese is melted, about 3 minutes more. Season with salt and pepper.
Grease your baking tray and arrange your chicken .Pour the cheese sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and dry parsley.You can even try this recipe on fish as well
Bake for 30 on 180 degrees.
