CHAKALAKA RECIPE

2 large carrots
3 baby marrows cut into thin slices
1 can of koo baked beans
Half green pepper
Half red pepper
Half yellow pepper 
1 onions
45ml cooking oil
Half Teaspoon of garlic (optional) 
1 tablespoon of Tumeric powder
2 tablespoon of paprika
1 tablespoon of peri peri powder 
Half a cup of red cabbage
1 teaspoon Wholegrain mustard
Pinch of salt 

Method:

Cook onions and peppers in the oil for 10 minutes.
Add garlic, Tumeric,peri peri, paprika and salt and Cook for another 5 minutes.
Add carrots ,baby marrows and wholegrain mustard
Remove from heat and add beans and raw cabbage, stir until all the flavours are mixed well together.
