BOILED LAMB CURRY, RICE, BUTTERNUT AND CABBAGE WITH GREEN BEANS,

Rice recipe 
Cook rice with aromat yaka mapelepele when it is cooked put in parsley then grate red/purple cabbage

Cabbage with green beans recipe
Boil ur cabbage with little bit of water and add aromat for 5minutes then add green beans then add bit of rama original let it cook for 3minutes.

Lamb/mutton curry recipe
Onions
All purpose curry marinade
Steak and chops spice
Zeal
Aromat
Curry leaves
Curry powder
Paprika
Brown onions soup
Green pepper

Method 
Marinate ur meat pieces with all purpose curry marinade, steak and chops spice, aromat and zeal. Put bit of water in a saucepan, put onions and green pepper, then add curry powder and paprika then add ur meat close ur pot and reduce heat, let it cook avoid burning, then taste ur meat when it is cooked add soup and serve

To dish up ur rice use a small dessert or round bowl, rinse it with cold water then put in ur rice turn it over in your prepared plate then remove bowl.

PANCAKES

Pancake recipe
1cup flour (250ml)
1tsp baking powder
180ml milk
+-150ml water
1/2 tsp salt
100ml oil
2eggs
1tsp viniger / lemon juice
Extra oil for cooking

For sprinkling
2tsp cinnamon powder
125ml sugar
Maple syrup

Method
Mix all the dry ingredients together, then whisk all the wet together and mix them with the dry ones then put but of oil in a non sticking pan then when it’s starts to show bubbles flip it over and Cook the other side when it is done msprinkle with Cinnamon sugar (sugar mixed with cinnamon powder).

MALVA PUDDING 2

Recipe Malva pudding
50 ml butter 
400g white sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp bicabonate of soda
500ml full cream milk
525 ml cake flour, sifted
2 Tbsp apricot jam
2 Tbsp white vinegar

Sauce
250ml cream
200g Brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
250 ml full cream milk
1tsp vanilla essence
Pinch of salt

Method
Preheat your oven to 180degrees. Cream butter and sugar together until creamy add eggs and mix through. Dissolve bicarbonate of soda in your milk add this together with the remaining ingredients beat until it is smooth, pour into a large greased baking dish and bake for about 35 -40 minutes until Brown and cooked

Sauce recipe
While your puddingbis baking boil all the sauce ingredients together for about 5 minutes until sugar has melted stir often to prevent from burning.

HOT CROSS BUNS RECIPE

1 and 1/2 cup milk Luke warm
1/2 cup sugar
1TBSP active dry yeast
4 and 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg spice
2eggs
4TBSP butter unsalted (softened)
1 cup raisins soaked in rum(I soaked them in water)

For syrup glaze
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugar

For cross
1/4 cup flour
Water(kale ngamehlo)

Method
-in a small bowl combine Luke warm milk, sugar and yeast stir and let it rest for 10 minutes, you will notice bubbles foaming or rather becomes frothy(njengo tshwala besizulu)

-In. Separate bowl mix flour, nutmeg and salt mix them well until combined.

-Add eggs to the yeast mixture mix with flour and knead (xova) for 5minutes then add raisins if ur dough is too wet u can add flour, your dough should be soft and elastic you will know that irt is done when it does not stick in your hands. 
-Then in a clean separate bigger bowl add about Tablespoon of oil make sure that it gets all over your dish then make a round dough and cover with cling wrap let it rest for couple of hours until it becomes doubled the size. Yo can shove it back and let it rise again for a perfect outcome. Then make small rounds put them in your prepared pan and mix flour and water to make a cross over and let them rise kancane before baking them bake in a preheated oven of 180degrees. 
-When they are brown take them out and brush them with water and sugar voil a enjoy.

DOMBOLO NAMANQINA

Dombolo recipe
Washed and clean hands
8 cups flour
1 Packet yeast
Parsley
Grated carrots
125ml sugar
30 mls salt
Warm water
30ml oil

Method
Mix all the dry ingredients with ur hand then add dried parsley and grated carrots, then add oil and water(kala ngamehlo) knead well until ur mixture becomes pliable then let it rise for an hour and shove it back, then let it rise again

Amanqina recipe/Chicken feets
Chicken feets (washed)
Onions
Robot peppers
Knorrox cubes
Parsley 
Rosemary
Mixed herbs
Salt
Hot. Chillies flakes 
Black pepper
Brown onions soup
Bay leaves
Worcester sauce

Method
Put your chicken feets in water that is enough to cover them then add knorrox cubes and add salt let them boil for few minutes then add, onions, mixed herbs, rosemary, hot chillies flakes, bay leaves and onions let it boil but they must not be overcooked, add Worcester sauce and black pepper then let it boil for 2 minutes add brown onions then add peppers then make small rounds with ur dumplings and put them on top of ur chicken feet then reduce heat let then.cook for 20 minutes and serve.

10kg cream samp recipe
Boil your samp size sithambe bushu
Add onions 5 large onions uthambe bushu
Add 2 rama margarine
3 lt fresh cream(used powder milk if u like)
10packs Knorr three cheese sauce
10sachets mushroom soup
Aromat it will depend on your salt taste I used 9sachets of Knorr aromat
3cups grated cheese
Aside saute robot peppers strips 
Boil peas or mixed vegs (I used 2 bags 1kg)
Kuthele in ur samp before creaming it.

CHAKALAKA

INGREDIENTS
1 smal Packet of green beans
4 🥕 carrots
1 can of Koo beans
2 teaspoons of paprika
2 teaspoons of chicken spice
1tablespoon of cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons Masala
1tablespoon of olive oil
1TABLESPOONS of curry
250ml of water

nip the tips off each end of the beans, and cut them into half, cut your carrots into half and make stripes and boil with 250ml water until cooked not over cooked please! Cook them until the water has dryed up! Pour oil in the same pot, with your spices and fry for 5 minutes remove from the stove and pour in your beans.
