HOME MADE #KFC

Dry ingredients
-flour
-paprika
-tumeric
– black perpper

– six gun spice
NB-mix all ur dry ingredients

Liquids ingredients

1 cup of milk
-2/3 eggs
-chillie sauce
Nb-mix all ur liquid ingredients

Method
Coat your your chicken with mixed flour and spices and soak/deep it on mixed milk n eggs and if ur chicken. Is fully coated you can place it on hot oil.

KFC ORIGINAL SECRET CHICKEN RECIPE

Ingredients
1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
3 beaten eggs
4 tablespoons oil

For the coating
2 cups flour
4 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning (or chicken stock powder)
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon tarragon
1 teaspoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon chives
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon celery salt

Directions:
Sift flour and add together all the coating ingredients and grind finely with a mortar and pestle and place in a clean plastic bag. Coat each chicken piece first with the beaten egg, then with the flour mixture in the bag. Make sure you coat each piece completely with the flour.
Heat the oil in a skillet. Brown the chicken in oil slowly, uncovered. Once browned, cover the skillet and keeping frying on a very gentle heat until the chicken is fully cooked. Place on paper towels to drain out the excess.

SOUTHERN FRIED CHICKEN BATTE

Ingredients:
2 beaten eggs
1 cup milk
2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
4 teaspoons garlic salt
2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cup all-purpose flour

Directions
Beat the egg and milk together in a bowl.
Combine the flour with the garlic salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and paprika in a big plastic bag.
Put the chicken in the bag, seal it and shake to coat it.
Dip the flour-coated chicken in the egg mixture and again in the flour mixture.
Heat the oil in a skillet to 365 degrees F. Brown the chicken on all sides in the hot oil.
Turn the heat down to medium low and give the chicken another half an hour or until it is cooked through.
Drain it on paper towels and serve.

CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS
Chicken drumstick and wings
1tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoons of chicken spice
2 teaspoon of cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix your spices with cooking oil and rub your chicken. Put them in a bowl and close and put it in a fridge over night

Gril @180 for 20min or until ready

BUTTERMILK OVEN FRIED CHICKEN

Ingredients:
1 Chicken- cut up
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons garlic pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons paprika
1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
Olive oil

How to make it:
Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
In a baking pan, whisk together flour, garlic pepper, sugar and paprika.
In a medium size bowl, whisk together buttermilk, eggs, baking powder and baking soda until smooth.
Dip each piece of chicken into buttermilk mixture, shaking off excess.
Roll in flour mixture and then dip into buttermilk and flour mixture a second time.
Place in baking pan and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake about 50-55 minutes or until chicken is golden.

Couscous salad served with chicken

Marinade for chicken-

Soy sauce, chicken spice, paprika, ginger powder( you can also use fresh ginger), garlic, chilli flakes, oil, sweet chilli sauce, salt and pepper. Mix everything together and marinade for an hour. Then put in oven (180) for 45 minutes to an hour

Couscous

Cook as per instructions on the box. Chop red onion, coriander, tomatoes( remove the seeds), feta cheese. Drain water from the chick peas. Add to the couscous then add olive oil, salt and black pepper to taste

Roasted chicken recipe

Ingredients:

Half chicken
Chili flakes
3 tablespoons pepper
3 tablespoons dry parsley
3 tablespoons Robertson zesty lemon and herb spice
30 ml peri peri sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons group coriander

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together and use the mixture to coat the chicken and leave it to marinade for 4 hours .
Place the under a preheated oven 200 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes…Enjoy

Tip:U can even use this marinade for braai

Turn the heat down to medium low and give the chicken another half an hour or until it is cooked through.
Drain it on paper towels and serve.

Chicken food Chickenstew

Ingredients
1 Tbsp cooking oil
chicken pieces
1 onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 tspn mixed spices
1/2 cup water
1 carrot chopped
1 Knorrox Chicken Stock Cube
2 tspn tomato paste
1 tspn garlic minced
Salt and pepper 

Instructions
1. Heat oil in a medium size pot and fry the chicken pieces until well browned on all sides then remove from the pot and set aside.
2. Add the onion and green pepper and fry until soft…Add Spices and fry for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add water, stock cube and chicken to the pot. Bring to the boil then reduce the heat and allow to simmer covered for 15 minutes…then add tomato paste and let it simmer for few minutes.
