BUN/ROLL RECIPE

1kg snowhite cake flour
1 cup icing sugar/bluecrystal
A spoonful salt
Yeast
Warm water
Sesame seeds
3 eggs/milk for glazin

Mix all uo dry ingredients with warm water, Liv th dough to raise, then to your baking sheet/tray, glaze, then the seeds. Bake til golden brown at 200 °C.
Glaze again after baking.
