Ingredients:
•5 eggs
•a large glass of oil
•a large glass of milk
•18 teaspoons of sugar
•12 teaspoons of flour
•1 baking powder
•1 cacao

Method:
To make the dough you need:
eggs, oil, milk, sugar, flour, baking powder and finally cacao. Then with the obtained composition a large glass fills it with porridge and leaves that for the end. And pour the rest into a pan and bake. After baking, remove it from the oven and, with composition divided into a glass, brush the foam over.

Chop Suey


Ingredients

  • 7 pieces shrimp cleaned and deveined
  • 3 ounces boneless chicken breast sliced
  • 1 ½ cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 medium carrot sliced crosswise into thin pieces
  • 12 to 15 pieces snow peas
  • 6 to 8 pieces baby corn
  • 1 piece bell pepper sliced into squares
  • 1 piece green bell pepper sliced into squares
  • 1 ½ cups cabbage chopped
  • 12 pieces quail eggs boiled
  • 1 piece yellow onion sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic crushed
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 ½ tablespoons oyster sauce
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch diluted in ½ cup water
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a wok or pan.
  • Pan fry the shrimp for 1 minute per side. Remove from the wok. Set aside.
  • Saute onion. Add garlic and continue to saute until the onion becomes soft.
  • Add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir.
  • Pour water. Let boil. Cover and cook in medium heat for 15 minutes.
  • Add cauliflower, carrots, bell peppers, snow peas, and young corn. Stir.
  • Add cabbage. Toss. Cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Put the pan-fried shrimp into the pot and add ground black pepper.
  • Add the boiled quail eggs and cornstarch diluted in water. Toss.
  • Transfer to a serving plate. Serve.

Pagsama samahin lng po ang lhat ng ingredients at haluin maigi hanggang sa matunaw ang asukal salain at itabi muna.(Para sa cake mixture)🍰Sa isang bowl pagsama samahin ang lahat ng dry ingredients maliban sa 1/2 c. Sugar at 1/4 tsp.cream of tartar. haluin 🍰 Isunod ilagay ang eggyolk,oil,royal at vanilla haluin lng po ng maigi untill well combine .(itabi muna)MERiNGUE: 🍹In another bowl i beat ang eggwhite and cream of tartar untill stiff peak but not dry 🍹isunod ang 1/2 cup sugar unti unti lng dapat ang paglagay den beat lng po hanngang sa maging smoth na sya. 🍭pagsamahin ang cake mixture at ang meringue using a cut n fold mixing.(dont over beat) itabi muna🍭kunin ang pan na may caramelize sugar at i grease mo lng konting oil ang paligid den ibuhos ang custard mixture at isunod ang pinagsamang cake mixture at meringue . At i steam ng 50 min.-1 hour or toothpick test po tayo.para malaman kung luto na.

Watermelon bread

INGREDIENTS
1 cup milk
1 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 tsp salt
2 1/4 tsp instant yeast 8 g
1 egg
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup raisins
a few drops red food coloring
a few drops of green food coloring

INSTRUCTIONS
Warm the butter and milk together in the microwave for 30 seconds or until butter is melted. Add milk mixture to a large bowl. Add the instant yeast, the egg, sugar and salt, then whisk it all together. You can start adding flour, I added about 2 cups of flour, one cup at once and mixed it with a wooden spoon. Don’t add the last cup of flour yet.
The dough should be very sticky but this is where you need to divide the dough into 2 parts. One part will be used for the red part of the watermelon. The other half needs to be divided in half, so you’ll end up with 1/4 of the initial dough. You’ll have 3 pieces of dough. Take the bigger piece of dough and add red food coloring, add a few drops to achieve the color you want. Also add the raisins at this time and about 1/2 cup of flour. Knead it all together, if you want you can transfer it to your mixer but you should be able to knead by hand too. Make sure the color is fully mixed in. The dough should no longer be sticky, so add more flour if needed.
Take one of the smaller pieces of dough and add the green food coloring and mix until the color is fully mixed. Add about 1/4 cup of flour and knead. Add more flour as needed as well. To the other piece of dough all you need to do is add 1/4 cup of flour or as much as needed and knead until it’s no longer sticky but still soft.
Now should have 3 pieces of dough, the red dough with the raisins, the white dough and the green dough. Cover the bowls up with plastic wrap and let them rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
Take the red dough and punch down to remove the air then form it into a log that’s the same length as your bread pan. Take the white dough and roll it out until it’s large enough to completely cover the red log. Wrap this dough around the red log and make sure the seams are sealed. Take the green dough now and repeat, roll it out until it’s big enough to cover the log, and wrap it around the log, sealing the seams. Place it in your greased bread pan.
Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.
Let the bread rise again until it doubles in size, depending on how warm your kitchen is, it should take anywhere from half hour to an hour. Bake it in a preheated 350 F degree oven for about 35 minutes. Take it out of the oven and remove it from the bread pan immediately onto a cooling rack.
Let it cool completely before slicing into it.

1 litre of Milk

5 tsp of vanilla essence 

METHOD

MIX ALL THE DRY INGREDIENTS AND ADD BUTTER…ON THE OTHER DISH MIX EGGS, MILK AND VANILA STIR INTO DRY INGREDIENTS UNTIL MOISTENED

Didn’t roll the dough but if you like them rolled you can do it hope this makes sense

Mango milkshake with mango jelly Recipe

Ingredients

2 mangoes
1 & 1/2 cup of milk
2 tbsp sugar or honey

Mango jelly

Add 1cup of hot water, stir until dissolved. Let it cool and put in the refrigerator to set. Cut into cubes.

Procedure
Peel and cut the mangoes and put in blender.
Add the milk and sugar or honey.
Blend till smooth
Pour mango milkshake in the glasses and top the mango jelly. Serve immediately!

Banana chocolate muffins

Ingredients 

2 large bananas, mashed

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 tsp baking soda 

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup cocoa powder

50 ml milk

1/4 cup olive oil

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup Lindor chocolate, crushed 

Procedure 

Preheat oven at 350F. Line muffin tins, set aside.

In large bowl, whisk together bananas, egg, oil, milk and vanilla essence.

Add in flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt Whisk until well combined. Fold in 1/4 cup of lindor chocolate crushed.

Divide batter among muffin tins and sprinkle with remaining lindor chocolate crushed.

Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center.

Transfer to a rack and cool. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

OLD FASHIONED PANCAKES

makes 12 pancakes

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon white sugar

3 tablespoons butter, melted

1 egg

1 1/4 cups milk

cooking spray

How to make this recipe

1.Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.

2.Whisk in melted butter, egg, and milk until combined. Let batter rest for 5 minutes.

3.Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Spray with cooking spray. Pour batter into the hot skillet, about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until bubbles appear on the sides and center of each pancake. Flip and cook until golden, about 1 to 2 minutes.

GRANNY’S OLD FASHIONED BUTTER CAKE WITH BUTTER CREAM FROSTING

3 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup butter
2 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 cup buttermilk or cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
Butter cream frosting, see below

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 9×13 baking or bundt pan.

Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, set aside. Cream together butter, sugar; mix in eggs and vanilla. Blend in butter milk alternately with flour mixture into creamed mixture. Pour in prepared pan and bake for about an hour. Removed from oven…let cool.

Butter Cream Frosting

1 cup butter, soft
1/2 cup milk or cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
5 cups powdered sugar

Cream butter and vanilla until smooth. Add sugar, alternating with milk a little at a time; blend well until desired consistency.

Variation: Use ½ cup butter and ½ cup shortening in place of 1 cup of butter.

250g stork to bake margarine 

250ml oil (angdidekile ningabuzi)

6 cups flour

7 tsp baking powder( angididekile)

6 eggs

2 cups castor sugar

2tsp vanilla essence

2 cups milk

Method

Mix sugar and margarine until pale and creamy then add oil and one egg at a time adding vanilla essence same time , then mix well until it is light and fluffy then add milk and lasly add flour and baking powder using ur ice cream scoop pour one scoop into ur prepared muffin pans and bake at 180degrees for 25minutes voila enjoy
