Prepare your pans

Spray muffin pan with spray and cook

Put in water hot or cold in a shallow pan 

Put dough in ur prepared pans 

Cover both pans with heavy duty foil 

Put in ur preheated ovèn 

Bake for 25minutes ku 220degrees.

4cups cake flour

1pkt instant yeast 

1cup warm milk

1 beaten egg

100g Margarine

Grated Carrots

Finely chopped spinach

2 Peppadew finely chopped

1tbsp sugar

1 tbsp salt
