8 TBS flour
Pinch salt
4 eggs
5 TBS milk
1 tbsVanilla essence
4 TBS sugar
3 TBS oil
5 ml jam for each sponge
2 TBS baking powder
For red velvet sponge add pink food colouring.
For blue sponge add blue food colouring
For chocolate add cocoa + water
Put each of the cakes in the microwave for two mins spread each layer with jam cover the top with butter cream

Mix soft margarine and icing sugar
