Dombolo recipe
Washed and clean hands
8 cups flour
1 Packet yeast
Parsley
Grated carrots
125ml sugar
30 mls salt
Warm water
30ml oil

Method
Mix all the dry ingredients with ur hand then add dried parsley and grated carrots, then add oil and water(kala ngamehlo) knead well until ur mixture becomes pliable then let it rise for an hour and shove it back, then let it rise again

Amanqina recipe/Chicken feets
Chicken feets (washed)
Onions
Robot peppers
Knorrox cubes
Parsley 
Rosemary
Mixed herbs
Salt
Hot. Chillies flakes 
Black pepper
Brown onions soup
Bay leaves
Worcester sauce

Method
Put your chicken feets in water that is enough to cover them then add knorrox cubes and add salt let them boil for few minutes then add, onions, mixed herbs, rosemary, hot chillies flakes, bay leaves and onions let it boil but they must not be overcooked, add Worcester sauce and black pepper then let it boil for 2 minutes add brown onions then add peppers then make small rounds with ur dumplings and put them on top of ur chicken feet then reduce heat let then.cook for 20 minutes and serve.
