CREAMY GARLIC AND LEMON CHICKEN SERVED WITH COUS-COUS AND VEG STIR FRY

Chicken Breasts seasoned with salt and pepper
Fry them in olive oil and set aside
Sauté ginger and garlic 
Add fresh cream and lemon juice
Simmer for 5 minutes on low heat, add the chicken and switch off the stove 
Add coriander before serving.
