BEAUTIFUL, MOIST CINNAMON RAISIN BREAD.

2cups of bread flour
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 tsp salt
2tsp baking powder
1.5 tsp baking soda
Hand full raisins
1 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1cup milk
1/2 cup oil
1cup hot water
2 tsp vanilla essence.

Mix all dry ingredients. Add all wet ingredients except hot water. Once all is mixed well, add hot water, mix, place in prepared bread pan. Into oven at 180 for 35-40 min depending on ur oven. Enjoy with ur choice of hot beverage.

LEMON BISCUITS

8 cups of flour
4 teaspoons of baking powder
1 cup of sugar
4 eggs
1 Tablespoon of lemon essence.
500g Rama
mix rama,eggs,sugar n essence untill creamy
add flour n baking powder n mix well.
baking at 190 degree for 10 min lower part the 5 min upper part. put springle b4 baking them. then enjoy.

TRIFLE

Make your jellies in separate bowls and put in the fridge overnight to set. 
To prepare your trifle you need
Two types of jelly( I used lime and raspberry flavor )
Tennis biscuits(crushed) 
Tin of fruit cocktail (mixed fruits )
Custard 
Fresh cream (whip till is creamy)
Peppermint crisp chocolate for garnishing.

Lunch :
Rice 
Chicken- marinate with cook -in-bag marinate

Potato salad – boil and cool of. Add aromat and mixed herbs. Dress with mayonnaise when it’s completely cooled off. 
Veggies -boil broccoli and carrots with aromat (do not over cook them). Drain water and allow to cool off before serving. 
Green salad – robots, lettuce, cucumber, feta cheese and cherry tomatoes.

SANDWICH BREAD

1 package (1/4 ounce) active dry yeast
2-1/4 cups warm water (110° to 115°)
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons canola oil
6-1/4 to 6-3/4 cups all-purpose flour

In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add the sugar, salt, oil and 3 cups flour. Beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough.
Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 8-10 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease the top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1-1/2 hours.
Punch dough down. Turn onto a lightly floured surface; divide dough in half. Shape each into a loaf. Place in two greased 9-in. x 5-in. loaf pans. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30-45 minutes.
Bake at 375° for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and bread sounds hollow when tapped. Remove from pans to wire racks to cool.

BASIC SPONGE CAKE

Ingridients
125g bakin margarine
250ml white sugar
3 extra large eggs
5ml vanilla essence
500ml cake flour
150ml milk
15ml bakin powder
1/2 t salt

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 180. Grease nd linr0e 2 × 20cm bakin tins
2. Cream margarine nd sugar together until light nd creamy. Add vanilla essence
3. Add eggs 1 at a time beating well after each addition
4. Sift flour, bakin powder together
5. Fold into the creamed mixture, alternately wth da milk.
6. Spoon mixture into da prepzred cake tins nd bake fr 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown or scewer inserted cums out clean.
7. Leave in pans fr few mintes b4 turning out to a wire rack to cool completely.

INGREDIENTS

ROBOT PEPPERS

FIVE SPICES

METHOD:
CUT YOUR CHICKEN INTO STRIPS AND FRY TILL COOKED THEN WASH ALL YOUR VEGGIES.
JULIENNE YOUR VEGGIES IN A PAN ADD OIL AND LET HEAT UP THEN ADD YOUR ONION AND GARLIC LET IT FRY THEN ADD YOUR VEGGIES ADD YOUR SPICES SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE SAUCE THEN ADD YOUR CHICKEN STIR AND LET COOK FOR 1 MINUTE OR 2 MINUTES. BUT MAKE SURE YOUR VEGGIES ARE NOT OVER COOKED THEY MUST HAVE THAT CRUSH. YOU CAN SERVE IT WITH MACARONI, SPAGETTI OR RICE.

CHICKEN STRIPS.. ONION RINGS( NOT PERFECT)

INGREDIENTS

* 4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into thick strips
* 2 cups all purpose flour 
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 tsp paprika
* 1Chicken spice
* 2 eggs beaten with 3 tbsp water
* cooking oil for frying

*. Heat oil it over medium-high heat while you preparw the chicken.
* In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, chicken spice and paprika . 
* In another large bowl, beat the egg and water 
* Put the chicken in the flour, coating well. *Shake off excess flour and dip in the egg, the back in the flour.

RECIPES FOR MEAT PIE


•Plain Flour — 1 Kg
•Baking Powder — 1 teaspoon
•Margarine — 500g
•2 Eggs
•Salt — 2 pinches
•Cold Water – ½ cup or milk

Meat Pie Filling:
•2 medium-sized Irish potatoes
•2 medium-sized carrots
•500g of minced meat
•1 medium-sized onion
•1 cooking spoon of Vegetable Oil
•Seasoning – 2 Maggi / Knorr cubes and 1 teaspoon of thyme
•2 tablespoons of plain flour
•Cold water — 1 cup 
•Salt — to taste

•1 egg (for glazing the pies)

Preparation :

A-Making the Filling:

Step 1: Heat the oil and lightly brown the onions

Step 2: Add the minced meat and fry until brown, season the meat with the thyme, curry powder and the bouillon cube. Then add a cup of water and let it cook for 5 min.

Step 3: Add the carrots and potatoes with 1 cup of water and salt to your taste.

Cover the pot and let it cook till everything is tender (around 15 min) .

Step 4: Dissolve the flour in some water and add in the filling. This will thicken the filling.

Stop the heat and let the filling completely cool down.

B-Making the dough:

Step 1: Add the flour in a bowl with the baking powder and a pinch of salt. Then mix well.

Step 2: Add the margarine and mix thoroughly until the mixture looks more like bread crumbs.

Step 3: Gradually add water while mixing until you get 
Smooth dough

Step 4: Roll out on a flat surface with rolling pin and cut into desired size wth a round cutter

Step 5: Add the filling, fold & brush eggs on the inner side of the pastry to bind

Step 6: Use fork to press the edges together or use a meat pie cutter if you have

Step7: Brush egg on it to achieve a golden color when baked
Once you’re done set on greased baking tray and put in the preheat oven.

Once the meatpie is light brown, it is ready.

MEATBALLS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:


500g beef mince meat
60ml cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 tbsp olive oil
5 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1 cup heavy cream
1 Tablespoon thick and sweet sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard

INSTRUCTIONS:
In a medium sized bowl combine ground beef, breadcrumbs,parsley, nutmeg, onion, garlic powder, pepper, salt and egg. Mix until combined..
Roll into 12 large meatballs or 20 small meatballs. In a large skillet heat olive oil and 1 Tablespoon butter. Add the meatballs and cook turning continuously until brown on each side and cooked throughout. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil.
Add 4 Tablespoons butter and flour to skillet and whisk until it turns brown. Slowly stir in liquid beef stock and heavy cream. Add thick.and sweet soy sauce and dijon mustard and bring to a simmer until sauce starts to thicken. Salt and pepper to taste.m
Add the meatballs back to the skillet and simmer for another 1-2 minutes.

SPICY FRIED CHICKEN and VINEGAR

Ingredients:

1 Kilo Chicken (Drumstick)

3 Large Egg (Beaten) 

2 Cups All Purpose Flour

¼ Tsp Chili Ground

¼ Tsp Cayenne Pepper

¼ Tsp Garlic Powder

¼ Tsp Blackpepper (Ground)

⅓ Tsp Salt 

Procedure: 

Linisin po ang Chicken (Drumstick) tapos patuluin muna ito at i set aside prepare muna ang Flour mixture, sa isang bowl ilagay ang All Purpose Flour, Chili Ground, Cayenne Pepper, Garlic Powder, Salt at Black pepper mix lang ito ng mabuti tapos sa isang pang bowl ilagay narin ang Egg (Beaten), then pwede na i-dip ang Chicken sa Egg (Beaten) tapos sa Flour mixture i coat ito ng mabuti tapos mag pa init na ng kawali pag ok na pwede na ilagay ang Cooking Oil painitin ulit tapos i dip fry lang ang Chicken hanggang maging golden brown.

Vinegar Sauce

Ingredients:

1 Cup White Vinegar

½ Tbsp White Sugar

5 Garlic Cloves

3 Pcs Red Chili

Pinch of Salt and Black Pepper (Ground)

Procedure: 

Mix lang po sa isang bowl lahat then ready napo para sa masarap na sawsawan.
