Method: Pour the oil into a large pot over medium heat.

In a large pan melt butter with a bit of oil over a medium heat. Add the fish and let it cook for for 5 minutes on each sides, transfer to a plate and set it aside. In the same pan cook onions, garlic and chillies and cherry tomatoes. Slowly add cream and cheese until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and add spinash and continue cooking until wilted. I cut my meat in small cubes boiled them until tender,added bbq spice,garlic,then fried it until brown,i then added cubed carrots and green beans,i chopped in green peppers,i Lt it fry for a few minutes then added brown onion soup mixed with a bit of flour..

Method Marinade your fillets and let them rest for 2 hours then grill then for 30 minutes on your highesest oven heat then remoce from oven.

Method Put dressing of ur choice then put washed lettuce, cheese, chicken fillets, cucumber and red peppers then fold it and enjoy
Drumettes Wash ur chicken then Season your drumettes with salt and pepper and chillie flakes then grill them for 30minutes then remove from oven and drain water
Basting sauce Mix tomato sauce, barbaque sauce and Worcester sauce and chillie flakes then making a basting sauce then brush it to your drummetes and put then in ur oven for 15 minutes more then remove and bast with sauce again and serve.
Dombolo recipe Clean hands 12 cups flour 2 packets yeast (if e too much for u reduce) 2 grated carrots Chopped parsley 125ml sugar 60ml salt Warm water (kala ngamehlo) Oil 60ml
Method Mix flour, sugar, salt, carrots and parsley then add yeast mix it well then add oil and water knead it well until it forms a soft ball avoiding it to be sticky then let it rest. For 2 hours to rise.

Method Wash your bones then put water covering your bones, then add salt let it boil for 20 minutes then add chicken stock powder, cinnamon sticks and rosemary close your saucepan and let it boil for another 20minutes then add knorrox cubes, black and white pepper, chillie flakes, garlic granules and smoked paprika let it boil for few minutes then add onions and green pepper then add soup as is dp not mix it with water. Then with ur clean hands make balls from ur dough and put it on top of ur stew reducing heat to avoid burning let it cook for 30 minutes and serve.
