Red velvet sponge recipe 125ml margarine 1 and half cups of sugar 2 eggs 1TBS Coacoa 2TBS viniger 1 and 1/2 tsp baicarbonate of soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 cup buttermilk 2 and half cups flour 4tsp red food coloring Vanilla essence

Method Cream sugar and margarine until it’s creamy, add eggs one at a time add 1 tsp vanilla essence add oil, add milk and mix well, then add flour, baking powder and salt and mix well.
Then pour 3/4 mixture of your dough in ur prepared pans leaving the small amount of dough then on that remaining dough add 1/4 cup of cocoa mix it well then for sing a knife make swirls then bake at 180degrees for 30minutes.

Method(cake) Mix sugar and margarine mix until it is creamy then add eggs one at at a time then add vanilla essence add oil mix for about 3 minutes, add sifted flour and baking powder and. Alternatively add milk mix well then take 3/4 of ur mixture and put aside

Vanilla cream Beat margarine until it is creamy then add icing sugar and cream and vanilla essence and salt mix well if it is too runny add icing sugar if it is too thick add cream
Chocolate cream Use the vanilla method but add cocoa powder
When your cakes are cool use a piping bag pour in both ur cream side by side enjoy.
Pancake recipe 1cup flour (250ml) 1tsp baking powder 180ml milk +-150ml water 1/2 tsp salt 100ml oil 2eggs 1tsp viniger / lemon juice Extra oil for cooking
For sprinkling 2tsp cinnamon powder 125ml sugar Maple syrup
Method Mix all the dry ingredients together, then whisk all the wet together and mix them with the dry ones then put but of oil in a non sticking pan then when it’s starts to show bubbles flip it over and Cook the other side when it is done msprinkle with Cinnamon sugar (sugar mixed with cinnamon powder).

Method Preheat your oven to 180degrees. Cream butter and sugar together until creamy add eggs and mix through. Dissolve bicarbonate of soda in your milk add this together with the remaining ingredients beat until it is smooth, pour into a large greased baking dish and bake for about 35 -40 minutes until Brown and cooked
Sauce recipe While your puddingbis baking boil all the sauce ingredients together for about 5 minutes until sugar has melted stir often to prevent from burning.
500ml fresh cream 1 tin caramel treat 1 packet tennis biscuits 1x Grated Peppermint crisp chocolate or Aero mint( I used Aero mint)
layer the biscuits on your dish, in a separate bowl, whisk your cream until soft peaks are formed, in another bowl whisk your caramel treat until smooth. add the cream to your caramel treat and half you chocolate into the mixture and mix well. Then spread your mixture on to the layered biscuits ( remember you making three layers, so don’t use all your mixture at once) after spreading your cream mixture make another layer of biscuits, and then spread your cream mixture, continue until you reach the top, and then sprinkle the remaining grated chocolate on top.
