INGREDIENTS
For the biscuits
175g butter
60ml icing sugar
5ml vanilla essence
250ml flour
60ml cornflour
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Beat the butter, icing sugar and vanilla with an electric beater until light and fluffy. Stir in the flour and cornflour until just combined
Bake for 12-14 min.
