1 onion, chopped
2 carrots chopped 
1 garlic (minced)
1 cup beef stock
1tsp paprika
1tsp BBQ spice
1 tsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp oliveoil


Heat oil add onion, and stir. As the onion turns brown add garlic, beef, seasoning and add beef stock. After 20 minutes add tomato paste, simmer for 10 minutes until slightly thicken.
