CURRY CHICKEN GIZZARDS, YOU CAN SERVE WITH PAP OR RICE

Ingridients- Chicken gizzards, onion, green pepper, red pepper and yellow pepper, garlic, ginger, garlic and ginger masala, mild and spicy curry powder, tomato paste, salt, pepper and chicken spice

Boil chicken gizzards, when cooked, drain water and put aside. Fry onion, and add the peppers. Add ginger, garlic, mild and spicy, garlic and ginger masala. Add a bit of water, then tomato paste, add the gizzards and add salt, pepper and chicken spice and simmer.

VEGETABLE FRIED RICE

Ingredients 
2 cups rice
3 eggs fried and cut into pieces
1 chicken oxo cube
1 beef oxo cube 
11/2 cups mixed vegetables (of your choice)
Cooking oil
Salt to taste

Method
1) For a good fried rice, cook rice the night before. (Optional)
2) In a big wok/pot heat 2 tablespoons cooking oil (l used coconut oil) add the vegetables and stir fry for 5 minutes, add both chicken cube and beef cube, mix thoroughly. Add rice and mix thoroughly, add a bit of salt bearing in mind that the oxo cubes are salty. Lastly add the eggs, mix thoroughly and the vegetable fried rice is done.

SIMPLE PLAIN CAKE. (RUB-IN METHOD).

Do you know that you don’t always need to stress yourself creaming butter and sugar forever,or using Excel sponge to make your cakes soft and fluffy?
If you doubt me,then try this Rub-in method, and don’t forget to thank me later. Lols.
It’s EASY AND DELICIOUS. 
RECIPE
2 cups sifted soft flour (250g)
1 cup magerine(225g)
3/4 cup sugar(150g)
2 tsp baking powder
4 medium eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla flavour.

Seive flour into a bowl,
Add baking powder and mix
Add magerine and mix with your fingers,raise the mixture up as you mix,this is to trap air into the mixture.
Mix until it looks crumby
Add sugar and continue mixing with your fingers until it looks almost sandy.
Make a well in the center and pour in your eggs mixed with vanilla ( I slightly whisked my eggs as if I want to fry it)
With the aid of your egg whisk,mix everything together until it’s smooth,
Your batter should be same consistency as your creamed cake batter. If it’s too thick,add 2 tbs of milk ( but if you follow this exact measurement, you won’t need extra liquid).
Pour into an already creased pan and bake till skewer inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean.
The measurement gave me this 8 inches yummy cake.

TODAY I MADE WINGS

INGRIDIENTS
16 wings cut into 2 pieces (32)
Salt nd six gun spice
SAUCE
Tobasco
Sweet chilli
Tomato sauce
Margarine
Bbq sauce
Soya sauce
Cayenne pepper

DIRECTION

1.Spinkle with salt n spice den refridgerate it for atleast an hour.
2. Take ur wings out of the fridge nd fry fr 12 minutes
3. Take it out of the oil nd put aside.
4. Put all the ingridients of the sauce in a pan nd cook it on high heat fr 3 to 4 minutes.
5. Whn done pour it ova da wings nd stir den u done.

FRESH&FLUFFY TEA SCONE

4cups cake flour
5tablespoon white sugar
2large eggs
100ml oil
100ml full cream milk
5ml vanilla essence
10ml baking powder
Pinch of salt.
Sift flour,baking powder,salt and mix 2gether the dry ingredients,on another bowl mix the wet ingredients then add to your dry 1 mix but dont overmix then lay and roll cut with cookie cutter or tumbler and bake.

EGG FRIED RICE

-1 cup basmati rice
-Half a cup processed peas 
-2 carrots chopped into cubes
-1 small red capsicum chopped 
-2 eggs 
-A pinch of paprika 
-A pinch of turmeric 
-1 tbs butter
-1 tbs cooking oil 
-Salt and pepper 

*Fry carrots in oil until it colours. Add 1 and 2/3 cups of water, salt, turmeric, paprika and pepper bring to boil.
*Add rice, turn the heat low and cook until al dente. Remove from heat and let it cool off for about 30 min.
*In a pan, fry capsicum in butter, add eggs, stir up for a minute.
*Add the rice and peas. Mix up until well blended, cook for about 3 min.

250grms Butter 
100grms sugar
6 eggs 
No water No milk⛔
Mix all in one 
Bake 15 min 250 degree

Home made buns/ Chelsea buns
450grms plain flour
50grms butter
5 tabl spoon sugar
200ml water
2 eggs
1teaspon salt
2 tablespoon baking powder 
3 table spoon yeast
Mix all.

THIS RICE IDEA I GOT FROM SIBA’S TABLE BUT I KINDA TWISTED IT A BIT LOL. TRUST ME YOU’LL GO BACK FOR SECONDS, THIRDS AND FOREVER HELPINGS.

Ingredients 
1 cup of rice (can also use Basmati rice) 
15 ml (1 Tbsp) of cooking oil
Red pepper 
Green pepper 
Yellow pepper 
1 tsp of Crushed garlic 
1 Onion 
Bacon 
Paprika 
S&P

Method 
Cook your rice as you normally do and set aside. Saute onion, garlic, bacon and robot peppers. Season with salt and pepper. Add paprika and then add your rice. Fry for a few minutes and serve with your veges and meat of your choice. Enjoy 😊

MAGWINYA

2 cups cake flour(measuring cup) 
2 teaspoon instant yeast
Pinch of salt
3 tablespoon powder milk
2 tablespoon margarine melted 
2 tablespoon sugar
2 eggs
50 ml warm milk 

Oil to fry

Mix your dry ingredients set aside. Mix margarine, eggs and milk, pour into flour mixture use a fork to mix the dough must not be runny. Put it in warm area for about an hour or until doubled. Put oil in a pot for dip frying, the stove must be on medium heat. Dust ur hands with flour deep a tablespoon in oil so that the dough won’t stick on the spoon. Using the spoon take the dough shape it with ur hands to make a ball, put the ball straight in the hot oil, because the dough is not too hard it will loose the sharp if u put it somewhere then put later in the pot. Dip fry until golden brown

MELTING MOMENTS

3 eggs
4 cups flour
2 cups icing sugar
1 cup corn flour
1 tsp lemon essence
500g butter
3 tsp baking powder

Method
Cream butter and icing sugar
Add the eggs and essence and mix well
Then add all your dry ingredients
I used a piping bag for the shapes.
