Vanilla muffins

Ingredients
3cups of cake flour
500ml milk
3 eggs
250g easy mix vanilla flavoured
1 cup sugar
250 rama
1tsp vanilla essence
3tsp bp

Method
Lightly beat rama, eggs,vanilla sugar, milk wit a wooden spoon den add da mixture of flour nd easy mix,,Mix together and pour into ur pan at 180d for 35-40min.

Ox liver with chutney

Recipe
Ox liver Cut into pieces
1 clove of Garlic chopped
Onion chopped
Salt
Paprika
Oil

Fry onion and garlic until onion is cooked add the liver and fry it on both sides don’t overcook. Add paprika to the liver while cooking and set aside.

3 tomatoes chopped
Oil
Salt and pepper
Onion chopped
Garlic chopped
Green pepper chopped
Paprika

In a separate pan fry onion, garlic, green pepper until the onion is cooked and then add tomatoes, paprika salt and pepper. Cook for few minutes until tomatoes are cooked add a teaspoon of tomato paste. Finally add back your liver with all the onions and juices from the liver. Mixed together and ready to serve.

Raw broccoli and cauliflower

So yesterday I was not feeling well 😥so I whipped something quick for the family 😋 broccoli salad
Raw broccoli and cauliflower
Feta cheese
Cheddar cheese
Sweet chilli sauce
cucumber

Method
Rinse and chop your broccoli florets and cauliflower finely you can also grate it’s fine add cucumber cut into small cubes add feta and cheddar cheese cut into cubes 😋😋dress with sweet chilli sauce and serve 😚

1 onion, chopped
2 carrots chopped
1 garlic (minced)
1 cup beef stock
1tsp paprika
1tsp BBQ spice
1 tsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp oliveoil

Heat oil add onion, and stir. As the onion turns brown add garlic, beef, seasoning and add beef stock. After 20 minutes add tomato paste, simmer for 10 minutes until slightly thicken

Ultramel Scones

Ingredients:
7 cups cake flour
7 teaspoons baking powder
4 eggs
1 & 1/2 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 cups ultramel
500g margarine

Method:
Sift all your dry ingredients together, then chop in your butter and using hands, rub butter to your dry ingredients until it resembles bread crumbs. On a separate bowl beat eggs and add vanilla essence and add ultramel. Then pour your wet mixture into the dry mixture. Roll your dough on a floured surface and press it, use a cookie cutter or a glass for round shape. Spray your baking pan with a cooking spray and bake for 20 – 30 minutes @180°or until golden brown

How to Make Perfect Southern Fried Chicken

Ingredients:
2 beaten egg
1 cup milk
2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
4 teaspoons garlic salt
2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cup all-purpose flour

Directions:
Beat the egg and milk together in a bowl.
Combine the flour with the garlic salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and paprika in a big plastic bag.
Put the chicken in the bag, seal it and shake to coat it.
Dip the flour-coated chicken in the egg mixture and again in the flour mixture.
Heat the oil in a skillet to 365 degrees F. Brown the chicken on all sides in the hot oil.
Turn the heat down to medium low and give the chicken another half an hour or until it is cooked through.
Drain it on paper towels and serve.

MINCE MEAT RECIPE

Ingredients :
1kg beef mince
15ml crushed garlic
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon cumin powder
3 tablespoons tomato paste
2 large potatoes
Half a cup of green beans
2 Carrots
Sweet corn (optional)
1 large onion
1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
1 tablespoon of black pepper
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons of paprika
Oil

Instructions :
Heat oil in a pan and add all the spices and let it sizzle.
Add in onions and garlic until golden brown.
Add in tomato paste and let it cook for a few minutes.
Add mince and cook until brown.
Add in potatoes, green beans and carrots and a little bit of water, cook it until the potatoes are tender.
Add tomato sauce and, mix well and serve..

Scones recipe

3 cups flour
1 cup icing sugar
6 tsps baking powder
125g cold butter
1 egg
1 cup amasi (sour milk)
2 tsps vanilla essence.

Sift flour, baking powder, icing sugar.
Grate cold butter into flour. Use finger tips to combine flour and butter until it looks like bread crumbs.
In a bowl mix the egg with amasi.
Add this to your flour mixture.
Mix ingredients together (don’t over mix)

Dust flour on to the surface.
Put on your scone mix and roll it out to about 3cm.
Cut into shapes.

Beat an egg and brush it on top of scones.

Bake for 12-15 mins at 180 degrees or until they start turning golden brown.

Carrot with robots peppers and sweet chilli

Onion chopped into small pieces
1 spoon flour
Robot peppers chopped
Salt
Carrots chopped
Sweet chili sauce
Oil

In a pan fry onion and garlic together and then add carrots cook for few minutes adding a little bit of water. Once the carrot is cooked add the peppers and salt and cook, finally add the sweet chilli sauce and mix together with the carrots

Spinach

Bunch of spinach chopped
Clove of Garlic chopped
Salt
Red pepper
Flour
Milk
Spoon butter
Cook the spinach and set aside. In the same pan using butter fry garlic and pepper and add your spinach back and cook for 1 – 2 minutes add your flour mix with the spinach and start adding milk slowly until the sauce is nice and thick add salt. Let it simmer.

Rub your chicken pieces with onion powder, fresh thyme, salt, oil and minced garlic. Cook in the oven until the chicken is golden.

Stickychicken drumsticks😋

Simply rub your chicken with garlic and spices and salt,add butter as shown in the picture then bake your drumsticks.

White pepper
Lemon juice
Benny
Chilli sauce
1/2 a cup of brown packed sugar
Worcestershire sauce
Butter
2 teaspoons of flour

Method
On a pan melt butter,add garlic,sugar,flour then add everything and keep stirring until the sauce starts to boil and thicken then remove from heat and coat your chicken. Do not use high heat as your sugar will burn and give your chicken a bitter taste.
