THE BROCCOLI ITS A SALAD I JUST DDINT WANT TO DRES it with mayonnaise because the colours would dissapear
Recipe for the salad
Separate broccoli into small pieces
Then just throw it in hot water for 4 minutes then remove it(dont cook it on the stove just in hot water in a pot and cover for 4 minutes)
Then strain it let it cool season it with salt and white pp
Fry shredded bacon then add to the broccoli
Cut the apple in cubes and fry till slightly brown in the same pan where you fried the bacon & also add in the broccoli
Then add chopped red onion and red bell pepper
Dress with mayonnaise.
3 cups of flour,
4 spoons of sugar,
1/3 cup of oil,
1 table spoon of yeast,
1 tea spoon of baking powder,
1 cup of warm milk.
Mix all the ingredients then pour the milk, then mix with hand till it is homogeneous paste. Cover it and leave it.
Make as disks, stuff with cheese or notella. Leave it for have an hour to rest, then put it in the oven.
Note: if the paste is too soft, you can sprinkle some flour on it.
Beef stew- Coat the beef in flour then brown the beef. Add onion to the beef. Continue frying until the beef is brown. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and red wine. Cook until the meat is tender. On the side, frh mushrooms. In the pot of the beef add the mushroom and beef and rosemary dry cook in sauce and simmer
Rice- Cook rice as per instructions. In a pan fry red onion, grated carrot, red and yellow pepper. Add curry powder(mild curry) and vegetable spice. Add the veges to the rice and mix
1 kg mutton pieces on bone
1 large onion chopped
2 cinnamon stick
1 star aniseed
1 tsp fennel seeds
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp coriander and cumin
2 bay leaf
1 large tomato chopped
5 med potatoes in halves
500 ml water
3 tsp oil
Salt to taste
Coriander for garnish
Heat oil. Add cinnamon stick, star aniseed and fennel.
Add onions and fry until brown.
Add ginger garlic and curry leaves
Add meat and salt. Mix well.
Cook for 20 minutes until juices from meat extract.
Add 250 ml of water and cook for further 20 minutes
Add potatoes and tomatoes and 250 ml water
Cook for further 20 minutes until potatoes are soft.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
4 chicken breasts 4 tsb of lemon juice Black pepper Salt Dry parsley Breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons flour 1 cup milk 1 and half cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Method First season the chicken with pepper and salt then drizzle lemon juice on both side and put it aside. For the cheese sauce melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat Whisk flour into butter until smooth. Pour milk into butter mixture and stir with a wooden spoon to combine. Cook and stir until mixture thickens, about 3 minutes. Add Cheddar cheese and stir until cheese is melted, about 3 minutes more. Season with salt and pepper. Grease your baking tray and arrange your chicken .Pour the cheese sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and dry parsley.You can even try this recipe on fish as well Bake for 30 on 180 degrees.

Olive oil/any cooking oil
Salt and pepper
Brown your chicken with salt and pepper then remove the chicken
On the same pot saute your onion,garlic and curry powder
When your onion has cooked,add your bay leaves and robot pepper.
Allow these to cook for a few minutes then add your chicken.
Add your knorr cube,tomato paste and water. Close the lid and allow to cook until your potatoes are almost thoroughly cooked…add carrots and cook for 5-10 minutes depending on how crunchy you want your carrots to be.
Taste your stew and season as you see fit.
Note…Do not skip the browning of chicken part it’s very important. It adds a whole different taste to your stew😊

INGREDIENTS 5 cups of flour 3 tea spoons of yeast 1 cup of sugar Grated cheese Your preferred spices Pinch of salt 2 sweetcorn 1/2 cup of oil 1 cup of milk 1/2 teaspoon of egg yellow powder. (Optional)
Butter your baking tins,turn on your oven at 170 degrees
On a clean bowl,mix all your dry ingredients,add your sweetcorn and grated cheese and mix all together. Then add your wet ingredients ,cover and leave to rise. When it has doubled in size bake for 45 minutes. This recipe makes two loaves🤗
