Spicy chicken gizzards recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 kg of gizzards
8 cloves of garlic, minced (optional)
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
1 onion, diced
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1/2 a teaspoon of Cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric
Black Pepper (1 teaspoon)
Salt to taste
3 tablespoons of sweet chilli
Olive oil

Method:
Clean your gizzards and preheat oven to 200 degrees
In a bowl, add your cleaned and chopped gizzard together with all the ingredients and thread onto the skewers.
Place in the oven cook for 25 minutes.

Here is the recipe of the mushroom sauce I used for the roasted potato…

Remember you first roast your potatoes with any spice of your choice preferably robertson aromatic roast potato

INGREDIENTS:

30g butter
1 medium brown onion, finely chopped
200g mushrooms, thinly sliced
300ml cream
2 tablespoons of flour
Salt
Pepper

METHOD:

1.Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add onion and stir for 5 minutes or until softened.
2.Add mushrooms and keep stirring for 3 to 4 minutes or until softened.

  1. Add flour and Stir in the cream.
    4.Bring to the boil, Simmer for 10 minutes, Season with salt and pepper.

Beef strips Recipe

2cups of beef strips
1 tablespoon of flour
Olive oil
2 tablespoons of sweet chilli sauce
2 tablespoon of thick soy sauce
½ tbs of tomato paste
⅓ cup of water
Fresh coriander finely chopped
Salt
1 tbs of finely chopped garlic
1 onion
Half green pepper
Half red pepper
Half yellow
2carrots

METHOD

In a bowl, whisk together the sweet chilli sauce,mustard seeds, garlic, soy sauce, tomato paste and water.

Set aside

Add the beef strips to a bowl with flour and toss to coat

Heat your pan over a medium high heat and add the beef strips, salt and diced onions and fry till lightly golden, giving it a light toss .

Add the mixture of sauce ingredients to the pan and heat on medium high till sauce starts to thicken and add your veggies and sprinkle a finely chopped coriander.

Lower heat once sauce thickens.Enjoy

Sweet chilli chicken strips recipe

Ingredients
2 and half cups of chicken strips
1 tablespoon of flour
Olive oil
2 tablespoons of sweet chilli sauce
2 tablespoon of thick soy sauce
½ tbs of tomato paste
⅓ cup of water
Fresh parsley finely chopped
Salt
1 tbs of finely chopped garlic
1 onion
Half green pepper
Half red pepper
Half yellow
2carrots
Fresh chilli
One cup of Green beans

RESEP LAPIS LEGIT 15 TELUR #LEBARAN

Bahan-bahan:

  • 15 btr kuning telur
  • 150 gr margarin palmia
  • 350 gr butter (wisman+hollman butter)
  • 200 gr gula pasir (butirannya yg halus seperti gulaku putih)
  • 1/2 klg susu kental manis bendera gold
  • 7 btr putih telur
  • 180 gr terigu segitiga biru
  • 27 gr dancow full cream bubuk

Langkah

  1. Kocok margarin, butter+gula sampai rata stelah itu telur (masukkan 1 per 1) kocok sampai mengembang kental, tuang susu kental manis, kocok sebentar.
  2. Masukkan tepung yg sudah diayak, beberapa kali masuk ya jangan sekaligus. Kalau di aduk lipat aja seperti membuat bolu
  3. Di wadah terpisah kocok putih telur sampai soft peak(tidak jatuh ketika adonan diangkat)
  4. Tuang putih telur ke adonan sebelumnya dengan aduk lipat ya sampai semua tercampur rata dan tidak ada yang menggumpal.
  5. Panaskan loyang terlebih dahulu kurang lebih 20 menit suhu 160, sesuaikan aja ya
  6. Oles loyang ukuran kotak 20×20 lalu beri kertas roti,stelah itu oles lagi dengan mentega. Tuang 3sdm adonan, panggang 5-7 menit pakai api bwh sampai kecoklatan kluarkan tekan2 pakai alat penekan/alas gelas sampai rata lalu tuang lagi atasnya 3sdm, pakai api atas sampai smua adonan habis.
  7. Kalau sudah dingin baru dikeluarkan dari loyang ya moms. Happy baking 😊

ini resep gak eneg karena pakai terigu tidak berminyak. Tergantung selera , ada yg suka berminyak tp ada yg suka gk berminyak supaya bisa makan banyak.. ini lapis uda semggu lebih masih enak loh tapi simpen kulkas ya mom , klo mau mkn dikukus lagi aja 5 menit dia akan soft kembali👌🏻 irit hanya dengan 15 telur aja.

Stir fry and noodles recipe

Ingredients:
73g pack Maggi 2 minutes noodles
1 tbsp oil
1 large carrot, cut into matchsticks
1 red pepper, thinly sliced
2 baby marrows
Red cabbage
2 spring onions, finely chopped
Broccoli
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp of honey

Method:
Cook the noodles according to pack instructions.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan, then stir-fry the cabbage, Spinach, Broccoli carrot and pepper , honey over a high heat for 2-3 mins.
Drain the noodles thoroughly,
Mix together the soy sauce and vinegar, stir into the pan, then cook for 1-2 mins.

Lamb shank

Ingredients:
2 Lamb shank
1 large Onion
15ml Paprika
60ml Tomato paste
1 green pepper
1 tablespoon black pepper
Salt
4cups of water
Fresh parsley

Method
Fry onion and green pepper and season with black pepper, paprika and salt.Add lamb shank to the frying mixture and add tomato paste. Pour in water .Cover the pot and reduce the heat then allow to simmer for 3-4 hours or until the lamb is tender, checking on it every 30 minutes or so to ensure the meat hasn’t dried out. Add parsley and more water if necessary.. .Enjoy

Ingredients:

Oxtail
Celery
Spring onions
Red cocktail onions
Red kidney beans
Paprika
Tomato paste
Baby carrots
Pepper
Salt
Red wine (your choice)
Liquid beef stock
Sugar

Fry onion, celery and spring onion, seaon with pepper, paprika and salt.Add oxtail to the frying mixture and add tomato paste. Pour in the red wine and beef liquid stock .Cover the pot and reduce the heat then allow to simmer for 3-4 hours or until the oxtail is tender, checking on it every 30 minutes or so to ensure the stew hasn’t dried out. Add more stock if necessary.Before u serve add red kidney beans , baby carrots and red cocktail onions.Add a little bit of sugar..Enjoy

Creamy chicken with mushrooms

Ingredients:
250 fresh cream
60ml flour
Salt
Pepper
500g chicken breast
80m1 butter
Oil
1 onion
500g mushrooms
Milk
Juice of half a lemon juice
Coriander

Method:
Mix flour , salt and pepper in a plastic bag, place the chicken in the bag and shake until coated with flour.Remove the chicken from the bag and set aside.Heat butter and oil and fry coated chicken until golden brown, set aside.Fry onion and mushrooms until soft and golden add more butter if necessary, Add the chicken, cream, milk and lemon juice , season with pepper and salt, simmer for 10 minutes…u can serve with rice or noodles, garnish with coriander.

Crispy Chicken strips recipe

Ingredients :
1 egg
1/2 cup Inkomazi
1 cup flour
1 teaspoons pepper
Pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon BBQ spice
1cup of chicken fillet
Oil for deep frying
2 tbsp sesame seeds

Directions:
whisk egg and inkomazi.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, sesame seeds , pepper, salt and BBQ spice .
Dip chicken in egg mixture, then flour mixture.
Fry chicken until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
